I have a 2009 cx7 and mine was smoking really bad and come to find out it was the gas that I got from a gas station there gas was terrible my Mazda smoked for a month but after running that gas out almost completely and putting mobile gas in the tank completely solved the issue and a mechanic told me it was my turbo going out but it wasn’t so keep in mind it could just be bad gas
Get yourself a Turbo Cartridge Replacement, Remove your Turbo and Replace. Probably the easiest, quickest, safest way to go about fixing this issue. I could have purchased a turbo from overseas and been installing that part within minutes of having received it, however; I have heard that since it's not OEM you would have to reprogram your computer to communicate with the turbo before it works correctly. If you put off reprogramming immediately that turbo will cease by the time you add creamer to your coffee and your kids are sitting in the car waiting on you to take them to school' the next morning. lol. You get the point. Also don't believe the reviews on these turbos- do your homework. "Exact fit OEM no programming necessary- warranty - will build 100jhp out of the box" all these things are true- however you need to reprogram your vehicle to the Turbo Manufacturers specs.
My cx7 4 cylinders Turbo charged engine is giving smoke at exhaust. The engine oil level is not going low and turbo blades don’t show and oil black residuals on it. What’s the possible reason for this smoke?
If I remember correctly it matters if it end to end lose or or shaft play.
Thanks for the video , just bought2007 cx7 supposedly turbo was just replaced, but sill getting oil in the intake.
thanks for explication

Raise the idle or the turbo is going bad. Use thicker oil 5w40 as well. Its a known problem..
