I used to work at a facility like that in bellevue Washington called Wagly. They are a vet, boarding, daycare, and grooming all in one location. The boarding and daycare looked exactly like the one shown in this video. Big rooms with all different sizes of dogs and the individual glass door rooms for the boarding dogs. They really struggled with management and went through at least 2 ownership changes and over 4 managers in the 2 years I worked there. Not a good company imo. Managing and finding good vets, dog trainers, and good groomers and someone to manage all of them at once is not easy. If they are a good company I applaud them to the challenge of owning and operating a facility that accommodates so many dog needs.
How about a recommended TOY video? My wife and I have a 200lb English Mastiff/Rottweiler mix as well as a 80lb Cane Corso and we cannot find reliable toys that don't get destroyed in a matter of hours and our Corso loves to eat all the pieces. We have had luck with the Kong brand rubber bones but that is about it. With all your time with these dogs what toys would you recommend?
In the grooming industry there is something called baby groomers. It means a groomer that is new and just starting out /not experienced. I hate what the term "groomer" has done to the grooming industry!! Fucking creeps ruining our word! I always hated the term baby groomer but now it has a whole new meaning and it's not a good one 😂
I got stuck on the price for the Westie…I think she said $69 to groom him….I need to move there… I pay $90 for my little dog half the size of the Westie….Bring him in every 8 weeks….Wow!! Lovely grooming place..u got there…enjoyed this Video…Thank u Garrett
I take my shepherd to the groomer. My Rottweiler cannot go to one. She only lets me groom her. She’s been socialized since I brought her home, but she doesn’t like groomers or vet employees. She gets her rabies shots every year, but I do her other vaccines. The last time at the vets they got her in the hip, and she never forgave them. So she’s always muzzled when I take her in. She hates them. She legit hates the vets.
"don't discriminate in bread, if your dog is social , like to play..." How about fixed dogs and not? Are they somehow separated? Or all in? In the wonderful (not) Kalifonia it's a big thing. Thx!
Hello there 👋 I hope you'd be able to help me with this. I have a 7 month old rough collie bitch. And she is fearful, she's registered and all. Not some shady breeder. But she is fearful, won't walk towards strangers (not that I really mind), but I can see her being fearful, she doesn't know weather or not she wants to confront the people. Any strange noises, or movement outside on a walk could cause her to back away. I'm affrraid that one day it might get serious because of it. So the question is how do I boost her confidence? Trying to socialise her as much as I can but still... Thanks.
That's why you need to be quick about it and roll it around the dogs nails back and forth like you're peeling a potato. With dremels you don't have to go as short and can do it more often. If your dog has long quicks dremel is the best option.
Her prices are not good.... I didn't think prices in North Carolina are that much cheaper compared to the rest of the country. All large doodles and poodles need to be upwards of 120$. They take twice as long to groom as small dogs. They should be twice the cost. I groom a lot of large breed dogs, mostly doodles. I take 4 a day and work about 6-8 hours per day. Our extra large dogs are 185$ Large dogs are 150-170. Medium 135-145 Small is 120-125. I make 60% commission and my take home on average is 350-400 a day working 4 days a week (good days I make over 400) I make 1400-1600 a week which means my paychecks after taxes are between 2300-2600$ every 2 weeks. Taxes fucking suck in Washington btw, they take 600$ out of my paycheck and I DON'T have medical insurance provided by my work. My last paycheck before taxes was 2900 and I only got to keep 2300 of that.
YOU said you will take any sport dog or PPD dog on… with no equipment and a stick. You said no PPD’s are going to bite anyone that’s not wearing equipment. PROVE IT to your viewers. I have a sport dog. GSD. You can film it and put it on your channel. Prove it to everyone you are right. I live in Florida.
Shield K9 done video like that, not at a groomer but they put the dog through a pet good k9 (forgot the name as I’m from UK and we name them differently 😂) test.
Going to pet grooming school was the best decision I ever made it has completely changed my life !!!!! ❤ U Nada Cagle thanks for teaching me !!!

My dog is a cousin groomer.
Be careful using a Dremel in your pet's nails. Heat from grinding too long on one hurts. Test it on your toe nail to see how quick your toe hurts!
That's why you need to be quick about it and roll it around the dogs nails back and forth like you're peeling a potato.

Please do a video about the bully kutta
Ummmm , my hair cut is 40$
