Well, you've been asking us to review budget bikes long enough, and we finally listened! We figured since there were so many riders on a budget, it'd be even cooler to give them away after we were done!

My budget was for 275 euros 🤣🤣🤣
Budget does not always mean cheap. Budget means a finite amount of something(money in this case) you set yourself into finding the best deal within that limit.
Yes, $2,000 is a lot of money for most of us, but also consider how much you might spend on a good laptop. The bike will last you for years and years beyond any electronic device.

aside from the Canyon, i've been eying each of these bikes over the last month or two (unfortunately bike availability is the bigger issue now). the Giant was my leading pick, and this video definitely solidified this. Thanks for the review!
I’ve been riding my 2001 homegrown hard tail since it was new. The old school geo puts me at a disadvantage with my buddies, not to mention it’s really hard to maintain those old parts. I’d love that Canyon or Giant and would be so grateful to win any of these bikes! Good luck all and congrats to the winners.

Currently I am riding a Nakamura 40 hardtail... I make it work on our trails but it really is refreshing to see all these really solid bikes. I wish I get to see you guys riding more and keeping up the good content. You guys are one of the reasons I started trail riding so thank you :)

Aww man! Great video! I was actually looking at 2 of these trying to decide. As a beginner, I’m glad to see someone that knows about bike give an opinion on the bikes we would be getting. Please make more of these videos! I can’t really get a bike because of the outage but I think I’ll wait until the Giant new models are in stock for 2021 instead of settling.

You guys really REALLY need to look at the Calibre Tripple B. It's only £1500 and comes with a 140mm sektor fork, 130mm monarch shock, an Nx drivetrain, SRAM guide breaks and a dropper post! It also looks really nice and would out ride any bike on this test and probably the cheapest:)

From somebody that rides motorcycles it’s hard to wrap my head around how these bikes cost so much it’s funny how I can find a low mileage BMW s1000rr for 10k but I’m supposed to pay the same for a premium mountain bike with features that I’m already used to like just the ability to just bolt off a sprocket? like I just want a bike to get some nice air, handle drops and go fast and be able to switch out broken parts easily but for that I’m supposed to pay about the same as what a 2020 dirt bike would cost

At least mtb tyres are much cheaper and we don't have to pay for track days 😁

I have the Canyon and I ZERO issues running the Maxxis Forekaster up front for traction. I’ve thrown it some hard turns, and it bites every time. I love my Canyon!

You guys should have tested the calibre sentry, it's a 150mm travel enduro bike with a rockshox yari fork, super deluxe shock, SRAM brakes, nx eagle drivetrain and a dropper post all for £1699
Big up the Calibre! Though it's the Triple B for me.. Not quite as downhill oriented but still an awesome package
That diamondback looks soo outdated. My friend got the marin hawk hill 1, had to replace the xfusion shock after 50 miles!

I have been riding a 500-dollar mountain bike for over 2 years now and man i shredded that poor thing on the trails! As a 16 yo teenager I just can't save up enough money to buy a proper mountain bike also because that small money that I manage to save I spend on upgrading the cheap components of my bike. Any of that bikes would literally change my life and take my riding to the next level.

I appreciate these guys actually riding the bikes they review. There is another “review” here on RUclips, by some younger guys, who surf through the specs of the bikes to conduct their “review” and who, based on the specs, diss the Giant Stance. I’ll take this on the trail review any day over the “let’s compare the specs” reviews.

canyon regularly have sales, just keep an eye out if you're in the market, also their clearance bikes are good deals.

Because we wanted to give away entire bikes. If we split the bikes apart and we gave someone 29" tires that has a bike with 26, it doesn't help much. Or if we gave someone a SRAM derailleur and they have a Shimano bike, also doesn't help. Plus, it would take us way too much time to dismantle every single bike and ship all the parts. We are a small team and don't have that much time.

Hey guys just wanted to say I did the things needed for the giveaway anyone would be fine just looking for something my dad can ride so I can ride and have fun with him on the trails.
Ive only been riding properly for a couple of years now but im absolutley in love. At the moment im riding an old halfords bike and as grateful as I am to have a bike, i have to say its holding me back.
