I lost the first 40lbs in 11 weeks doing keto. The next 10 lbs took about a month and a half. So I've lost 50lbs total, people say I look pretty good right now and some that hadn't seen me in a while didn't recogize me. But I want to lose another 10 lbs and they have been the toughest, I can't seem to make progress anymore.
I just got off my 3 day fast at 5 pm today. I ate bacon and eggs and had a peptide powder shake made with water, ice, 1 frozen strawberry, and 1 sliced of frozen banana. Tomorrow will be gr beef and eggs. Steak for dinner. Peptide shake as a snack. Im down 12 lbs since i started my dirty carnivore diet and fasting 11 days ago. I'm going to start fasting every other day next week until I've lost 40 more pounds
I enjoyed alternate day fasting in the past, but my cravings got the best of me (I was eating paleo-ish, but would slowly increase carbs as cravings increased.) Good luck!
Look what I did, so basically as soon as you already had 60 days of some kind of fasting so I'll give you one tip that helped me few times in my life to loose weight on fasting. I have no idea how busy you are but I just give you my trick. So you don't eat till 12 AM I can assume it should be easy for you on that stage, as soon as you start feeling hunger but not before 12am, you should go and walk for 2 hrs. So your liver on walking and no food will start consuming fat faster and there will be no hunger so 2hrs walking means you come home at 2pm. rest a bit drink some water and try to control your hunger as long as it feels ok, after that start eating. repeat for one week and it will change your life
The first place you loose weight is your tongue I thought that was so funny but it made sense to me because when I’m overweight I snore like a freight train 😂😂😂😂

It's always tough when it slows down, but weight isn't a measure of health on its own, either. Just keep doing what you are convinced is healthy.
