Wow so UPB is finishing our sheds now fully done!?! That’s so awesome!! I’m so happy to be a sub on this new channel of yours! I saw you post in the shed to house Facebook group that I joined after seeing your Better Together videos, that you started a new channel. I just want to thank you and your family for opening my eyes to an inviting opportunity to make a shed into a home. Without you guy’s example and guidance I never ever would have considered living in a shed, but now I know I can truly make it a comfortable, affordable, unique custom home for my kids and I, all without a mortgage!! I am in the northeast and just trying to find land that is affordable that will allow a shed to home. I plan on doing a basement foundation since up here they need to dig below the frost point anyway, so most homes have basements. I wonder if it will be considered a traditional stick built home if I get my Amish built shed delivered in pieces to my land (once I find it) and they assemble it on my basement foundation?? 🤔💭 Still so much to learn!! It’s exciting!! All I do now is design Floorplans, source materials, and think about our future home!! 🥰🥰

What did they do.. I left a comment.. Told a lot of wrong information. Would need to sell my home wait 12 weeks. And oh,, put 60% DOWN.. BOARD OF CONTRACTORS HAS ON THEIR WEBSITE. NEVER PAY UPFRONT. THEY HAVENT EVEN SOLD ONE IN MISSISSIPPI YET.. WHAT A MESS.. WHAT DID THEY DO TO U???
Highway robbery... especially at a time when cost has gone up... It's about affordabilty when you have to account for Water bill/pipes Electric bill/wiring Gas Tv Wifi Furniture Insulation Sheetrock Ceiling fans Clothes for you and children. Monthly bills Light pole Breaker boxes Tag for vehicles Gas money Food Sales tax State tax Federal tax WHOEVER THOUGHT YOU'D HAVE TO PAY TO LIVE & PAY TO DIE? With these experiences and other x factors, who can afford 60,000 for that? That's a whole house, 3 or 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. IT AIN'T WORTH THAT MUCH regardless of the times.

I would opt for drawers rather than the door cabinet's even for older people in the kitchen. would be a great parents home.

That's a one bedroom apartment. I see small modern apartments, in San Antonio,TX,
