    This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose- weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

    I love love all of your workouts!! I love a combo of everything in one workout!! I usually do the 30 minute workouts but I live the longer ones too! The time went by so fast!!❤❤😅🎉

    Great workout. I loved the combination of strength and cardio. I do prefer the 30-minute range. I almost didn't do it when I saw it was 45 minutes, but I'm glad I did it. Time went quickly. I finished 2 hours ago and still have sweaty hair.

    Penny this has to be one of my FAVORITE workouts! Of course I love them all, but absolutely thought strength followed by cardio interval training was AWESOME 👏🏻 The variety was fabulous and the music SO motivating! Love your workouts so much YOU ARE THE BEST 🤍🤍

    Thank you for this month’s calendar. I’m coming back from being sick and struggling with changes with my body from “the change”.     I absolutely love this style and length of workout. They are fast moving and fun. Whenever I leave the channel to run and bike and use Peloton app, I come back and remember what a treasure you are. You make working out enjoyable!

    I always love your no repeat workouts and some different exercises in this one I enjoyed. I found the 10 second transition time a little short. I was still changing weights, trying to see the next move and scrambling to get in position. The 15 second breaks give that little extra time to prepare. I have to say you have the most awesome physique Penny! I watch you at the beginning and end and think "I want guns and shoulders like hers!" Keep up the great work!

    loved the combo of cardio and strength. Love the variety of video lengths to chose from. Some days I want to go a full hour and some days I only have 30 minutes. And these 45 minute ones are for when I want a bit more than 30 but don't want to commit a full hour! LOVE EVERY workout on your channel! 💪💪
