I always love your no repeat workouts and some different exercises in this one I enjoyed. I found the 10 second transition time a little short. I was still changing weights, trying to see the next move and scrambling to get in position. The 15 second breaks give that little extra time to prepare. I have to say you have the most awesome physique Penny! I watch you at the beginning and end and think "I want guns and shoulders like hers!" Keep up the great work!
loved the combo of cardio and strength. Love the variety of video lengths to chose from. Some days I want to go a full hour and some days I only have 30 minutes. And these 45 minute ones are for when I want a bit more than 30 but don't want to commit a full hour! LOVE EVERY workout on your channel! 💪💪
