I made chocolate chip cookies this time.
I baked cookie dough at a high temperature to make soft cookies.
it is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They are slightly crispy on the edges and soft and chewy on the inside. This recipe is my all-time favorite cookie recipe, and once you try this recipe, it will also be your favorite recipe.

▶Ingredients
100g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1g salt
1 egg
vanilla
160g flour
3g baking powder
150g chocolate
Bake 190℃ for 13 to 14 minutes until slightly golden around the edges
Super soft, chewy, and studded with chocolate
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar. Beat until creamy, about 2 minutes.
2. Add egg, and beat until combined, scrape the bottom and sides as needed.
3. mix flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Add flour mixture into the butter mixture. 1/2 at the time, mix until combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. At this stage if dough is too soft, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). line two baking trays with parchment paper.
8. Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving at least 3 inches
9. Refrigerate for one hour
11. Allow to cool before serving.

Отличное печенье 🍪 получилось. Мужу понравилось, он привереда. Я вместо 13-14 мин выпекала 25. Моя духовка обычно дольше готовит. Сразу хрупкое печенье было, но на 2 день оно "созрело" и стало мягче. Я на 30г меньше сахара клала. Всего 11 штук испекла. Однозначно рабочий рецепт, буду готовить ещё. Спасибо ❤
