Yes!!! DAY6 has finally blessed my ears. The level of talent among these group members are UNREAL. What really blew me away was the vocal ability of MULTIPLE members of the group. That's very rare to find in rock bands. My favorite group is Fall Out Boy and this was like a K-Pop version of that..but DAY6 definitely has their own style/sound it seems like. Looking forward to listening to some more DAY6 on my downtime because this is WILD!!!

But you should seriously check out their EveryDay6 project where last year (2017), they released two songs and a MV on the 6th of every month of the year! Sounds crazy, I know; but every song is a whole bop!

The Rose is super underrated, but they play their own instruments like Day6! Go check out their newest song "Shes in the Rain", their debut "Sorry" (Its amazing) or my personal favorite, "Baby"

great reaction, and I'm glad to see a genuine reaction! There is actually 4 vocalist in Day6, the only one who doesn't sing is the drummer (Dowoon). but at 4:08 the person singing is the the one on keyboard (Wonpil).

Sometimes I listen to a song and the instrumental sounds so good but I don't know what I'm listening to... So it's nice to have you break it down like this. Also you pick up on somethings that i'd never have noticed as a casual listener.

They're actually a rock band but since they're from JYP, one of the major idol companies in South-Korea, people often categorise them as a K-pop group.
They write and compose their own songs. Everyone has a contribution in the lyrics, but the bassist (YoungK/Brian) writes most of their lyrics. The members also participate in the arrangement/production. You should definitely check out their other songs! Some of my favourites are "I Need Somebody" and "Stop the Rain". (Stop the Rain can get copyrighted striked fairly easily, so beware!) All of their songs have different colours and it's almost like every song is a different genre. They have incredible talent and range! They're hella underrated for how good they are in my opinion.
Actually, two of the members- Jae (The blue haired guitarist) and YoungK/Brian are fluent in English. Jae is originally from Southern California and Brian studied in Canada for about four years.

I just got back from their concert in LA. Oof I miss them already! I’ve seen them twice live and they sure as heck don’t disappoint. If you ever get a chance, go see them.

I saw DAY6 live in Toronto and there is no doubt that they are amazingly talented. I was so happy during the whole concert and I was never sitting down for more than 30 seconds.

I know both this video and this song are a little older by now, but I gotta say that it's SO REFRESHING to watch a music producer react to this song because Joey was able to tell right away that it's a banging on a snare drum, and not a sample of a gunshot sound in the hook.
I get so annoyed watching other reactions to this song where people get kinda snotty because they "don't like the whole gun thing" when it's not a gun, it's percussion (which is particularly obvious at the end of the song, but it's really nice that Joey knew right away).
I saw DAY6 a little over a week ago and I can honestly say they are just as amazing live. Yes appreciate DAY6's vocals! Please check out Letting Go! The harmonies are top notch
