- We check out this crazy small block Ford at Dandy engines. It's 427ci with a Precision 98mm turbo and it made a smidge under 2000hp. They're going to make some changes and come back another day to put it over the 2000hp mark.

What a legend right there, one of the most respected engine builders to date! And ol' Frank will sit and talk, and explain things like that, what a guy hey, Dandy heros, I've spoken to engine builders before, and you'll lucky if you get more than a sentence, and they walk off..again what a absolute legend.
Ford power forever baby
The Aussie's have been showing how to build Windsor's for years.
Dandy Engines - the king of performance. And Frank, what a legend sharing his knowledge
After that first Pull Frank was looking happy :-)
That second pull? Incredible!
That Turbosmart controller is MINT!
Mind = Blown.
How good is the egate!
Frank, you're a bloody pioneering legend.
Almost feel sorry for the dyno. What a beast!
What a ripper . That E gate makes perfect sense . I like the low profile intake also . Nice work .
True! Imagine telling someone in the '90's that you were building a small block street motor with 2000hp AND there's no need for a periscope to see where your going... They would have laughed at ya... What a time to be alive, at least in terms of HP anyway... 🤔😂
This product will be sort after in no time, So much easier to use and looks like no problem with high HP Boost applications , great work guys 👍 👍 👍
Best bit about the E-gate is all the weight you lose by taking out the Co2 system, let alone all the tuning issues you had with boost control. 😎
Now, time for people to say you can do it with a 2K Barra. 🤣👍
I’m laughing like that bloke does lol 😂
@@chrisobrien9334 *slaps table* TWO GRAND! 🤣🤣🤣
@@MafiaboysWorld & that Smile 😊
Yeah mate, that's why they're called "2k" Barras - $150 from the wreckers and BAM! you get 2000 horsepower at the wheels!
How much does it cost?
2 Dandy Engines videos in as many weeks. Stealing some of FullBoost's thunder :) - You should look to do a collab video with those guys
Street Machine doesn't have much rotary content - they could do a piece on Broomy's RX7 once he gets it finished and runs some nice fast numbers with it!
I wonder what size afr heads are those
Just what a v6 commodore needs😆
!!!Headphone warning!!!
That turbo sure puts out the dB.
It sure does
noice! wish i could hit the like button a few more times!. now boost a 460clevor with higgins heads!
That’s scary powerful 😵
Imagine that in a Cortina down the quarter? Launchin'!
Great video thanks everyone
Our pleasure!
That motor should go into a funny car chassis ❤️👍
Great Build !!!!... what cylinder head are you using in this build, if I may ask
Holy farken shit,I think that engine has some anger management issues, awesome work 👍
A very conservative 1500hp at the wheels, only about 10 times either of my cars (shitty old EG Civic and ZRE152 Corolla) Pulls the RPM too, well done that man.
Frank’s knowledge is amazing. Luv ya work
This is the engine that I want to build for my notch back I already have the 9.750 block 4125 bore with Cleveland billet mains. I'd be really interested in a build sheet of that motor and all the parts that are in that maybe we could talk about you building my motor hope to hear from you great job dandy power
Awesome results good job.
Frank is a God
fully sick mate
Bloody legend
That’s certainly not a normal Ford block, she’d be split in 2 with just about any boost. 😀😀 love the e gate…
Yeah, not a factory block
Stack of Penny's for your cable mount 👌
C'mon Frank you could've cranked 2 more PSI to overshoot 2K! 😛
You're still a Legend tho👏
I hope Frank’s new dyno has alittle more capacity! Because that dyno is pissed 😤 off! Nicely done again Mr Frank! It would make way more if it had 2! 🤪🤪🤪🤪 But I really don’t think he did a max effort engine, because of the things he said about the oiling system, the timing setup & the AFR heads! Doesn’t matter because Frank & Dandy engines know there SBF stuff like the backs of there hands! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Please tell me there just some basic 'shortie' headers that have been flipped and adapted to the turbo y-pipe
Haha
MEAN....sounds like JET...🤘🤘💯
Up it cranky franky
I would go anywhere else 👌
How much is the question. I bet it's just as impressive as the horsepower figure.
Pretty sure LS next 2000hp are dime a dozen.. but yes this guy builds some of best engine's hands down
Haha, maybe, maybe not. This was the most powerful small block they've ever had on the engine dyno.
Top blokes
Anyone else think of the dentist as the turbo wound up??
Just a simple street car motor. Nothing special... My how the world has changed... 💪 Who would ever want an electric car, where's the fun in THAT?!?
🏎🤘
Who said Ford's dont make power
Some GM guy??!!
Nobody, Fords have always made power 👍
That's not coil on plug, though? Just coil-per-cylinder.
Coil near plug is what they're called. Semantics though.
Really Chris? really?
@@STREETMACHINETV Yep. Terminology matters.
So they build a 2000hp monster and all you can comment on is some slightly incorrect terminology...
@@ChristopherHallett maybe to you it matters.. I doubt that many will care though
Maaad power, I like it 👌
But, far from a true Street engine….
Impessive engine something for your dad's Ute? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Have you ever watched boostedboiz on RUclips? Yeah it's a Built 4 cylinder with one big ass Turbo mechanical water pump it's also controlled by fuel-tech almost 1200 horsepower check them out or PFI speed on RUclips thanks brother see you in the next video
We're familiar with Kyle and the crew, but what has that got to do with this?
@@STREETMACHINETV waiting for the hp/cui Honda thing 😆
torque ? honda boys have never heard of that
@@STREETMACHINETV Ohhhh, Scottie with the burn! 🔥🔥🔥😂
@@STREETMACHINETV Rightfully so, mind you
my from-the-Wreckers-stock LS, with "ring gap" makes that 🍿👀
Haha
NoooooOoo it dont!
😂🤣😂
@@11secghia 🎣 that's 1
Probably costs an 💪🏻and a 🦵
Don’t think I have enough arms and legs to pay for something this fantastic.
Shame. ☹️
