    Thank you so much for putting this together. I recently sprained my ankle and was so bummed I couldn't keep up with my cardio regimen. I broke a sweat and felt the burn!

    Thank you so much for providing this video Olivia, I am grateful I found it, I love it and it's so helpful! I sprained my ankle at the end of Jan, 5 months ago, never knew a sprang could take so long to heal. I'm not a workout type person but I had just started a regular exercise routine just before my fall. Keep up the great work!

    I’ve been off my foot since March and still haven’t even been cleared for swimming, so I’m always looking for more ways to build little bits of cardio back into my life. This was lovely, thank you!

    Hi Olivia, thank you so much for this! I'm 48 years old but quite active. Two weeks ago, I broke 3 metatarsal bones in my foot whilst mountain biking. I was also mid way through training for a half marathon. I need to exercise to help combat menopause symptoms, your routine is helping me so much!!! I'm so grateful, thank you! :-)

    Sprained both ankles almost a month ago. Doc thinks I tore something and I have been so inactive since every exercise I did before my injury were very leg heavy. This is a lifesaver as I'm trying to get my energy up and start feeling normal again, even though it looks like recovery is going to take quite a while.

    Hi Olivia thank you - I have had plantar fasctistis for 6 MONTHS on one heel, so desperate to exercise - and have now sprained my OTHER ankle - you are a lifesaver - can't stand not being able to run, cycle etc.

      And I'm only using 2.5 lb weights (no clue how many kg that is) but just those teeny weights make this completely challenging in a completely different way! Thank you thank you! 🙏

    Thank you soooooo much. This is the first video I have found that does not use the legs at all!!! I only made it through 2 sets, but I will keep this up everyday to improve. I would LOVE to get to where I need to add weights, but first I need to get through the entire 4 sets.

    Been doing this several times a week after foot surgery. Now added 2kg weights in each hand. Thanks for a great workout!

    What a great workout! I'm really missing my running after a serious ankle injury and on top of lockdowns here in Melbourne this is just what I needed! Adding this to my everyday workout - Thankyou! Ps, my arms were dead weights at the end of this workout, hopefully this will strengthen them a bit too!

    Thank you for saving my sanity.
    Going from completing insanity workouts every morning to nothing for the past 15 months due to chronic plantar fasciitis I was desperate to get moving again and shed the 2 stone in weight I have put on. I finally feel like I can still exercise whilst keeping off my feet thanks to finding this video.

    I recently fractured my ankle& I exercise on a daily basis so this was definitely a hard hit. Thank you for posting this it really helped me feel better and more productive.

    Thank you so very much for this. I had battled my weight my entire life . Lost a bunch then got pregnant and gained tons back.
    I broke my ankle and cant put any weight on my ankle. I am a hairstylist and now of I don't lose the weight my career is essentially over . I felt amazing doing your workout ,this one and the weights. I worked up a sweat and felt good about myself for the first time in awhile !!!! thank you again

    I have found your channel accidentally but I'm really glad! Two days ago I sprained by ankle really badly and can't do any "normal" workouts. Which is quite hard for me since I usually work out 3-4 times a week, ride horses and commute to work by bike everyday so thank you for this video which keeps me going in these hard times :D!

    Im a runner and I've been doing lots of weights. I've been trying to find some cardio and I found your channel! Thank you! I fractured my ankle while I was out running almost 3 weeks ago. I've been wearing an air cast boot and crutches. I recently rented a knee walker, which is going to make getting around much easier.

    Omg! Completely underestimated this. I have recently just sprain my ankle 2 weeks before summer right after wrapping up my track season. Therefore I haven’t done cardio for at least 3 weeks now, due to me starting off my ankle. As a sprinter we like to go 100% in bursts. And then we completely underestimate these types of exercises.😅 (Pace yourself!)

    Thank you for the video! I am suffering from achilles tendon. These few days it reacted up and I am trying to lose some weight to relieve the legs. This workout is good and I cannot believe just doing it, I get to my fats sweating! Love it!

    Thanks. Tore both of my knees up. I was doing my own workout but it was getting too repetitive. Following you was a good change of pace.
    Btw I've also found solace in swimming. I can't really use my legs but I can move all around and do whatever I want with my arms. Ive had a sort of sidestroke going as well. Gets the blood pumping.

    Thank you for making this! Today is my cardio day, but biking with a toe that's most likely broken obviously isn't ideal. I wanted something that would get my heart rate up without using my legs and I came across this.

    Thank you so much for this workout! I broke a toe, so I’m glad about any workout that does not have me put pressure on that foot 👌🏻 Although to be honest this was more of an arm workout for me than a cardio workout - my shoulders fell off after about the third exercise, and were burning sooo much in round 2-4 🙈 But hey, a workout is a workout!

    Great video! I am a 64 year old man and I just ruptured my achillis playing pickleball. I was driving 18 miles to the nearest gym with one of those arm bicycles... Boring! I do this twice a day, seems to be a decent amount of cardio for me at this time.

    Thank you, I was on a good roll with cardio but gave myself a 2nd degree burn after putting an ice pack on my calf for only five minutes! I feel dumb and bummed out. Hope to get back running soon.

      @@OliviaCharlotte1 Just found this video! My hand and leg have been in a cast for almost three weeks, and I’m finding the lack of activity a bit of a struggle. Cannot ride my bike, nor do floor exercises or weight training. I was in pretty good shape previously but have lost a lot of definition in my stomach area and have gained some fat that I’m not happy about. Gonna give this a try now!

      Yes absolutely it is. It isn't possible unfortunately to target a particular area for weight loss but this will definitely help! I'll be posting one soon for toning the arms too :)

    This is a great workout for me, because I can't do a traditional standing workout due to health reasons. Thank you for creating this video! I would love to see more seated workouts to help keep me fit! Thank you!!🙂

Thank you, again! 😊 It's truly great to see people making workouts specifically for those who aren't able to do the "traditional" workout, but want to get in a great exercise, feel better, and be fit! Your efforts are very appreciated and don't go unnoticed! The chair cardio workouts have made me feel so much better about myself, give me so much more energy, and have made me look forward to working out everyday now! Doing it makes me feel stronger and proud of myself, too! 💪🏻 My family and friends have told me how different I look, both with my physical health and my overall mental health and happiness, which is really nice to hear!
