Great tutorial thanks. I have a wheelchair bound client, and I want to make her one of these. This looks easy enough to do so. Also, the rain 🌧 had me 😆. Adorable.
Walmart had these on ad for $3 yesterday, and I wondered what I could make if I bought two or three. I love capes and would want several, as long as I can use a simple pattern/process like yours.

I love this! I have been wanting to get back into sewing, and also teach my kids how to sew. This would be a perfect project to ease back into it. 😍 This is the first video I've seen of yours, and I'm going to subscribe for more!
I like your poncho/cape very simple and stylish can be made in a short amount b of time.
Hi! Bought one today at Walmart for $3.44. Thanks for this video! : )

Great tutorial ! Just the perfect Fall Winter poncho.
I really liked your video. It was clear and concise on how to do the poncho either no sew or sewing it.

Glad it helped
Love this!
Amazing!! Thank you!!!!
Trying this!
Nice
How many yards of fabric is this or what measurements on the blanket? I want to make one.
Based off my experience buying these blankets from Walmart, I would say about 50"×60".
Love it
Nice idea but pin side ways so as your stitching you just easily pull out the pins rather than stopping the needle all the time

Yes it a super easy project with minimal sewing
What are the dimensions of the blanket you start with?
50 x 60 inches
Actually, you could get a fleece throw or blanket at a thrift store and do the same thing. Fleece does not unravel.

New here
I have missed the measurement
$4!!!! It must have been on clearance because those aren’t $4
Ive bought them 4 for $10.
Have no idea where you live, but I bought two from our local Walmart for $3.44 each. They’re 50x60; a yard of fleece at this same store is $5.97/yard.
Love it
