North America West Semifinal Champion Abbie Domit is ready for the grind on her road back to make her second appearance at the CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, Texas.
Just four years ago, 26-year-old Domit took her first CrossFit class. Now, she is the 2024 North America West Semifinal champion.
Although she grew up playing a wide variety of sports, Domit didn’t initially start CrossFit to compete. In fact, her husband, Antun Domit, convinced her to join CrossFit by gifting her a three-month membership to CrossFit Lethal as a birthday present for himself.

I wonder if athletes ever show up early to get acclimated. Not sure what the humidity is there but here in Texas where I'm at its in the 80s
