Great videos! My wife and I bought a Braville Cafe Roma yesterday on a whim and we love it. Your vids helped me get started and helped me ensure I was doing things properly. The cleaning steps in this particular video are very informative. Thanks again!
I don't own this machine (or any espresso maker that has a panarello steaming wand), but I know that with traditional steel steam wands, heavy fat content in the milk is your friend when trying to make superior foam (particularly "Whole" milk). The foam will come out creamier and the bubbles nearly microscopic. This is ideal for lattes.
Thank you so very much. I really appreciate your video. A friend just gave me his old Café Roma, because he upgraded and your video made it so easy for me to make it. Thank you so much!
Good streaming technique. I have that machine but don't like holding andwaiting and working the cup and the extra water build up. so I bought the Breville milk cafe frother and does a great job.
My wand doesn’t seem to be producing as much steam as yours, I waited for it to purge the water out and it was producing steam. But not enough to steam milk
Salut! Bon video descriptif.
I have this machine but whenever I froth the milk, it doesn't warm up even though it foams and almost doubles in volume. Should I be putting in less milk and leaving it in for longer? (I only put around 1 cup sometimes less and I keep it in for longer than you did in the video)
Demetra you should put the nozzle inclined little deep and make the milk run in a cyrcle so the milk got hot dont make too much foam. Only in cappucino
Great demo. You should open up your own shop! I've been using an Aeropress system (well, it's actually just a filter and a couple of pieces of plastic) but it's the latte that the Aeropress can't do . . . of course, I can whip the milk into foam myself with hand blender (whisk attachment) but it's a hassle . . . my only concern about this machine would be counter space . . . our kitchen is almost smaller than an airliner galley. And I'm having to clear it with my bank (my wife) but with this video the ice is beginning to crack . . .
May I make a suggestion? FIRST heat and froth the milk and then do the double espresso into the cup that was heated under running hot water. The milk takes more time to do and stays hot longer in that metal container than the coffee in the cup. I'd evict you for dumping the grounds in the sink because I do most of the repairs at my rentals. The espresso grounds are very fine and settle in the U of the drain. Okay ... maybe a kiss on my cheeks will allow you to stay because you keep a neat place. Person who told you dumping grounds in sink is fine is either is a Plumber who wants more business, or someone who has not had to clear out kitchen pipes! I wait until grounds cool and empty filter into garbage. I have had the Cafe Roma machine for years and just bought the Breville Milk Cafe Frother & Hot Choc Maker because the froth is so much better. I do use the frother on the machine sometimes though. I also need to run vinegar through the machine every once in a while (6 months). Put white (clear) vinegar to minimum line in water reservoir into the tank. Have coffee holder on machine but no coffee, mug in place, turn on frother for a bit and then switch so runs through the other route into a cup. Turn off machine after a good part has gone through but make sure not to run it dry! Turn off machine and check the water reservoir when first trying this to make sure some vinegar is still there.Turn off machine and leave it overnight so vinegar is left in all parts of the machine. In the morning I dump the vinegar back into the reservoir and run through one more time. Later on I run through some clean water through rinsed water tank and force that out to get rid of vinegar. I actually use filtered water from my tap to drink or make coffee (I never use bottled water because it is tasteless). I also use the LavAzza espresso packages because it is sealed air tight and lasts so long in my pantry before opening so I can buy more (not for sale in my area). I even have the Breville coffee grinder too, but like that coffee brand already ground for espresso.
I often use a combination of mostly 1% or 2% and a bit of coffee cream. Heavier cream makes smaller bubbles for me which taste better, but it is all individual taste that counts - experiment.

your videos about this machine are really good. I'm glad you show how to care for them because I like my things to last too.
Thank you, I had bought this used (very gently used a couple of times) but the noise it made, it made me think it was broken. This helped so much.
Exactly why I'm here.
I bought this after watching your video. I love this machine, it is a good and affordable machine. It makes a hot and good coffee.
Thank you! This was very helpful as a first time owner.
Well merci je comprenais rien aux instructions officielles, tu viens de me sauver un mal de tête!

Nettoyage du petit truc entre chaque utilisation?
tres bonne video merci
do you use any kind of coffee or a special kind?
If you get the milk into a spinning circle it'll get very thick
Breville Cafe Roma makes decent espresso/latte/cappuccino. It is just a bit loud. Overall, it is decent for its price.
You are the best!!! Thank you!
wow merci pour la vidéo!!! Je viens juste d'acheter la machine c'est vraiment utile :D
Thank you, very helpful.
Québécois? :p merci!
Oui / Yes =)
Awesome video! Thank you! 🖒
Good instruction video

Merci mon chom
Never ever dump the coffee grounds down the drain. It clogs the pipes. Talking from personal experience.
hehe trop cute avec ton accent :D , merci pour la tuto !:)
haha très intéressant mais the mousse made me laugh I already said to an English woman that there was a moose (mouse) in the kitchen
Thank you 😊
Thank You.
Merci !
What was all that banging noise?
The pump for the frother makes a pulsing noise and the coffee part is more of a humming.
Fantastic review my friend ... I'm gonna buy you a Joe Louis and a Pepsi when I see you .... merci !!!!
Thanks boss 😉👍🏼
That’s a cappuccino my guy
It’s just missing brandy and cinnamon😁😁😁
Not gonna lie the second I saw the 1% milk i clicked off the video.
Peing water
Very good demo. Thanks
