The achievement is named what cat, however the way barney and kliener describe the cat incident makes it sound much worse than a missing cat. If I remember corretly in the beta the cat got turned inside out or something horrid like that. Moral of the story ? don't fuck around with teleporters when theres a cat in it
A lot of people know this so it's not a secret really. I'm surprised you didn't know about this, depending on how long you've played. It's more of a technical demonstration of dynamic displacement with the Source Engine, I think. It's not just the cactus that can teleport actually, nearly all of the small props could be teleported. If you were referring to when it breaks, I feel like a f*cking idiot
