Not quite. The best suggestion would be to create a Bulleted List within your recurring meeting since it will be displayed in all repeating occurrences of that meeting.
I really like this, one thing I found was I need to name the note document, before linking it to the event, otherwise it will show as "Untitled document" in the calendar event. The filename does not update even if you change the name later... (at least for me).
Downside is that it doesn't work for repeating meeting, so if you have to use it for a repeating meeting of rolling todo's, etc, you have to keep reposting "@" over, and over, and over again.
The "Create meeting notes" feature in Google Calendar is primarily available to Google Workspace customers, including G Suite Basic and Business users. If you're using a personal Google account, this feature may not be accessible.
Really useful tip, Scott. Excellent Video!

Real nice. I've been trying to use Google for all my productivity needs and the more videos I watch the more I think it might be possible.
Yes, you can certainly create an entire productivity system with just Google tools. Happy to help you along the way!
Thanks for sharing this! If you share the entire calendar with someone will they automatically see your notes as well?
Hi thanks. Almost what I needed. Is it possible to have a checklist that is recurring for a weekly meeting?
Not quite. The best suggestion would be to create a Bulleted List within your recurring meeting since it will be displayed in all repeating occurrences of that meeting.
