I hate the victim blaming bully protection in schools. If you stand up to them or do something to make them stop your the one to get into trouble. Why is this? At least let people defend themselves without trouble. It's not the standing up for myself that's the problem, it's the getting into trouble for what you have to do when no one helps you, no support whatsoever.
I've noticed that if you suddenly do it back to them they stop but sometimes just ignoring them works if they want listeners. I love mocking them cuz it makes them stop. They often give you ammo of what to say.
You're right! It's sad that's how the public school system works. Trust me, I went to a public high school not too long ago. It's unfair! If a bully picks on you constantly, you're the one who gets reprimanded and it's absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn't be reprimanded for defending yourself.
I used to ignore whatever horrible crass thing people said to me, but after watching this video...I think that's going to change. If someone one is picking on you, you have every right to fight back and defend yourself. No one has a right to make you feel like shit.
I always get beaten up in school and the first time I stood up for myself I quote "IN WORDS" I was was in the principles office
