Good saves walker.. digging season full swing for me now that our deer season over with... starting tomorrow all though last Sunday I found my first 1840s william henry Harrison president campaign button. It's in poor condition but I'll take either way.. good bless and good luck this year
So, BW, it’s me, the cat fan. I love snow and we finally got some during the night. When I looked out the window and saw it, I hollered ‘I see WHITE!!!’ My husband cracked up - said I sounded just like you!! There’s a chuckle for your day. 😹
Now that we’ve had a chance to watch the video . . . Some different finds than usual! The ‘coffee mill parts’ were quite a puzzle until you explained at the end. Btw, your display case is tilted. Might be the whole building!! 😉😂😂 Happy New Year to you and your family, crew and diggin’ pals (and, of course, the cat and dog)!
Happy New Year Walker!!! That's definitely a good start to 700 acres. You might have to live to Methuselah's age to complete that.... unless you get some help... hint, hint.... LOL
700 acres !!! Beautiful land too. WOW There is a good coin or two or three there somewhere . Maybe a rev war or war of 1812 button . With that much iron it seems it has not been dug that much. Happy New Years Walker . God bless
Happy New Year Walker that is a sizeable property keeping you going for awhile relics seem to be a lot like other areas any old iron still you got a few finds other than old iron good luck on the new property.
happy new years walker! that big toothed gear looks like something off of my grandpas old pull harvester or manure spreader. both you hooked to you tractor (or horses) and pulled along and the wheels rotating would operate either the cutting bars or the "flinger" (dont know what the official name is) via gearing hooked to the wheel. definitely a lot of potential in a sight that old!
@@thebattlefieldwalker2841 Covered in dirt underground like it was , yeah ... sometimes you just think what the heck is this. I've seen the complete wall mount coffee grinders. You look up "vintage wall mount coffee grinder" and you'll see one.
There was cracking finds there and a happy New Year to you too I hope 2025 will be a great year for finding lots of relics . Ps did you give the ring to the owners so they could show the public .
Gerald, the owner passed, (no heirs). Being sold and funds divided between three charities. The ring puzzles me. Aluminum child's ring - but with the great seal?
Funny story, me and a friend got permission to hunt Thomas Jefferson's daughters house in Virginia. We could not believe the guy let us do it lol. We hunted that thing all day and found barely found anything. I'm guessing someone else got to it. But talk about ruining my day ha ha! Great episode.
That’s what’s up Yo! Looks like you have plenty of walking and digging to do there! Flat button fooled me and thought you had you a coin. Poor fella lost his good chisel, know that pain! Keep walking and digging Yo!
Do you think those 700 acres were used for Civil War camps? Looking at those open fields in the distance, I could imagine several thousand tents occupying that area. Nice hunt. Aside from the flat buttons and maybe the chisel, I don't think I would have had any idea what the other items were that you found.
So I didn't mention it, but local lore says yes. Both Continental troops and Yankees later in the war between the states. I will be combing those fields until crops go in! But absolutely ZERO CW so far . . . .

Oooh. That's SWEET Dewey. Go get you some!
That chisel and the buttons were worth the trip, I think you did good on that trip!
Thanks Jerry. Hopefully even better things to come!

@@chars1184 Good to hear from you! I love the "I see WHITE!" Built a fire for the dogs and cats in the barn last night and thought of you!
Happy New Year Walker!!!

Are you saying the Battlefield Walker might need a walker to walk?
@thebattlefieldwalker2841 LOL... I doubt that.... but you may need a Walkerwagon to carry out all the upcoming saves. Good luck!!! 🍀
A very happy new year & many thanks for the videos. Keep em coming brother 🤘
Nice selection of Old finds! Those fields definitely have potential👍
Gosh, I hope so Steve!

Agree with everything you said Hog. Dunno where the coins went. And jewelry?? Hoping I can take Genna soon. She seems to sniff out the good stuff.
Happy New Year Walker, another great hunt!! Always enjoy your videos...
John, I really appreciate that support!

definitely a lot of potential in a sight that old!
I like "flinger." But what was "flung"? (oh.) Hope I hit some good stuff.
@@thebattlefieldwalker2841 lol, well it rhymes with flung lol.
Nice video, I found half of that mill piece that the ring was sitting on in your wrap up picture, I had no idea what it was, thanks for the info
Arthur, it took me a while. When I saw the grinding cuts I knew it had to be SOME kind of grinder . . . would love to know how old!
Happy New Year Walker!
Back atcha Duck!
Nice, you can spend many years on that permission, probably deep stuff.
Hope you're right Dirt!
Happy New Year...
And to you!
Nice permission! Happy New Year!
Yeah Swamp. And got it by mentioning I relic hunted to a guy who is the trustee of this estate! When it sells, I'm toast!
Happy New Year battlefield walker. See you in the field 😊
Back atcha Sled!
Soon as I seen the two pieces you pulled out together , I thought of old coffee grinder right away.
I sure did NOT Mike! But glad to have the confirmation. Thanks!

You’ve barely scratched the surface there. It will take a forever to detect each spot. Great location.
Agreed, Dirt! This needs to be an organized hunt spot . . . but I'm not complaining!
@ I don’t blame you. I would ask to help. But I’m 3 to 4 hours from you. Good luck

Thanks, and still cool to wander such an historic place though I bet!
good luck on that 700 there has to be some uncharted hot spots for you to find good luck!
Dave, your lips to God's ears!!

Yeah Beachwalker, this chisel is blacksmith made for sure. he couldn't just go to Lowes and replace it . . . .
Happy New Year Sir
Back atcha Rick!
Holy Moley, 700 acres that will wear you out.
But what a nice tired it would be Dennis . . .
Not one old coin around the tavern? It's been looked over before at some point I'd bet. Good luck in the fields!!
Not one! I think the yard dirt has been pushed around/leveled for drainage, etc.
👍That site should last you a while. No telling what you’ll find
So far it's 2muchtrash. No it's a good start!
What a fun place to hunt
No lie, Mandy!
It’s a big enough place was it a campground or a was there a battle there best of luck mate
You should test that ring it might be silver. I found one similar to yours and mine was silver.
Well heck, good idea Roger!
I just looked at my ring it's identical to yours.
Is it a split back?! The kind kids adjust to size?

Congratulations on your new permission hope you kill it out there.👍 ATB🦀
You don't hope that as much as I do Finding!
Hope you well wishes, may Jesus, Mary and Joseph watch over you and friends.
Happy New Year Kolbe!
Should be WAY MORE ARTIFACTS around there.
Agreed Patriot! Now if I can just get my coil over them!
