@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Thank you for the great lessons! I'd like to see how you 1. "correct" someones grip, strokes and movement on court, say a beginner-intermediate player and what they are doing wrong. 2. What drills and exercises you recommend for speed on the court for players. 3. How do you anticipate the ball and get into stance correctly around the whole court (so from all areas and against different shots from the opponent).
As others have already commented, this is a very good video.h e balance between guided words and physical demonstration is fantastic. The video of the repetitive motion enhances the learning and ability to incorporate the correct motion into one's swing. I am going to work on this in the upcoming week using my club's ball machine. @@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Since you asked, how about some videos on how to teach young children the basics? I'm right-handed, and recently torn my left shoulder labrum, so no longer able to do 2 handed backhand. Had been trying the single handed, but could tell I was doing something wrong. This will take a lot of practice to build up the muscle memory of course. My back-spin is killer, but the more commonly needed top-spin takes a lot more power/practice obviously. I'm a solid club player but have struggled with this shot for years. This technique is really working for me. Well explained - I love it being broken into simple sections. Thanks so much!
