@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Thank you for the great lessons! I'd like to see how you
      1. "correct" someones grip, strokes and movement on court, say a beginner-intermediate player and what they are doing wrong.
      2. What drills and exercises you recommend for speed on the court for players.
      3. How do you anticipate the ball and get into stance correctly around the whole court (so from all areas and against different shots from the opponent).

I'm right-handed, and recently torn my left shoulder labrum, so no longer able to do 2 handed backhand. Had been trying the single handed, but could tell I was doing something wrong. This will take a lot of practice to build up the muscle memory of course. My back-spin is killer, but the more commonly needed top-spin takes a lot more power/practice obviously. This video was Extremely helpful. Just subscribed. Thank you very much!

Guy, you helped me make a huge difference with my 1HBH! I was very inconsistent with this shot and this changed once I saw how to move the elbow of my non hitting arm. I still have one bad habit on my BH which is hard to get rid of: sometimes I hit the ball too late and I bend my arm in order to accomodate the shot. But I'm optimistic I'll get over this too. Thank you so much!

@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Hey Simon, switching grips is a bit tough for us beginners. Is there one grip for all? Also one detailed grip session for all shots will be awesome. Thanks

    Classic!
Would like to have seen you running with the racket in place as you described.
Thanks for outlining what I need to keep in mind.

Nice and straight forward information, both visual cues as well as oral cues. GREAT!

Excellent tips - I have watched Federer et al up to now without really appreciating the subtlety of everything involved in the correct execution of the single-handed backhand; which explains why mine is rubbish!

Nice one Simon. I always wondered why my backhand was weak. Even a coach I had a talked with told me to do this but did not end up practicing. My backhand continued to be weak. This is a very good refresh. I will try again the next few days and let you know the result.

What is the best grip for this backhand? Great tennis series, thank you!

Personally, I find the eastern backhand to be the best grip for one-handers.
      Thanks for watching.

I was told to place the racket throat under my arm, grab the racket and that is your grip for the orb.
With my left hand on the throat, it is easy enough to turn from the continental to this ohb as you’re positioning yourself.
      How does this sound?

Tutoriel très intéressant qui décortique très bien le mouvement du revers.
