    Lock your doors, put camera surveillance around the house, put all the lights on outdoor and make sure to put alarm around your house whenever someone comes in it will beep and scares them or alarm them that people are in the house and get ready to protect themselves. But too bad they made the house as a party house. So it’s easy to get in the house

    From what was recently discovered, the perp was following both Mattie and Kaylee on the internet and had sent Maddie an instagram message a number of times, which she did not respond too. Being he was NOT in her circle of friends, she did not reply. OR she may not have even see other messages he sent her, it went into a different sub directory. Apparently, the Perp had his eye on Maddie and could very well have took her non - reply as yet another rejection from a young woman. It was then that he decided to take revenge against her. He drove by their house 12 times over the following months, usually late at night to case the house, when the girls were home, and when they shut their lights off, It was a premeditated murder.
    Keep in mind that the perp did not know that Kaylee would be there that weekend, and he probably was surprised when he entered Maddie's room to find both girls in the same bed trying to get some sleep. AND NO they were not gay, they both had boyfriends. Apparentently the perp stabbed Maddie and Kaylee fought the perp trying to save their lives. THAT is speculation on my part;
    It could be that when he made his way down the steps and into the kitchen he was surprised to see Xania who had ordered food an was in the area. So now he had another girl to kill. It could be that her boyfriend was asleep but heard the commotion as Xana fought back. He went to investigate and he was killed too. I hope the Trial provides the details of this horrific crime, so we can stop the guessing games. If the perp is found guilty, DEATH Penalty, NO plea bargain.

    It’s possible to freeze. There’s the story of a mother who came to her daughter’s appartement in France because she didn’t answer the phone. When she entered the little appartment her daughter was not there and she had a strange feeling that the place was dirty. She started to clean it up during four hours. At the end she noticed that her daughter was hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room. she had commited suicide by hanging herself. But her mother’s brain couldn’t believe it at first and she froze during hours before calling police. This feeling of dirtyness was all she could feel and she cleaned up around her daughter’s body for hours before realizing.

    I don’t think the wording of affidavit has helped this housemate who saw him. It suggests she was frozen which to me implies intense fear. She must have had reason to be in fear, she must have heard and seen more. If not the affidavit has a lot to answer for for it’s use of words. People are questioning it because no one can believe she didn’t do anything until noon, just looked her door and went to sleep. That’s no normal if you are frozen and in fear for your live. It’s just unbelievable and that’s why people are questioning it. Well, it’s why I am anyway.

      @Alexandra_K_ Год назад +18

      Maybe it is the wording they did poorly but I guess we will find out if she ends up needing to testify… I was thinking about my time in college and honestly back then, if I heard a female roommate whimpering (I’m assuming that means a soft cry) at some ungodly hour and a boy leaving her room and slipping out of the apartment in a hoodie, my mind probably would’ve gone to some kind of romantic/sexual partner drama or they’ve just had an emotional conversation… and I probably wouldn’t have thought much of it if I didn’t hear shouting or loud noises.. And if I wasn’t particularly close with that roommate I’d be like “I’ll leave her alone and ask if everything’s ok when she’s up later”. Especially if my roommate shared a room with another girl. Not the best thing to do but at that age I was very naive and not really thinking about dangerous/violent people and situations. Idk what to think if she honestly believed something horrible happened and just went back to bed… but I won’t judge without really knowing what was going on in her mind.

    At 4 am in the morning, most people aren’t thinking straight. Most likely she was up all night and mentally groggy, she might have been drinking or still under the influence of other substances . I think she was confused and even in shock when she saw the guy unexpectantly walking down the hall towards her, and then walk past her. She probably assumed he was just another college kid, goofing around, pulling down his face mask before heading out to the cold of the early morning. She just wasn’t fully aware of what happened. How could she imagine or assume something so horrific had just occurred. She probably, closed the door and immediately fell asleep. This is so tragically sad, she will forever live with the guilt and fear from this tragic event.

    People can try to make any excuses they want, but it’s extremely screwed up that the roommate waited 8 HOURS to call for help. Regardless of the ambiguous noises, she said she clearly saw someone walk by in all black that she didn’t know. And after the strange noises it’s pretty easy to put the pieces to forget and call for help. Or at the very least just leave her bedroom and check on her roommates. How is she a victim when she supposedly wasn’t sure that there was a crime committed until eight hours later? I have a little bit of sympathy for her, but her actions are inexcusable.

This is described as a party house where there's a revolving door of students coming in and out and these girls won't come home till 2 or 4 AM in the morning from partying, heck one of them got a Doordash at 4 AM, and I doubt they come home whispering and tipping toes to not wake up their parents. Hearing girls laughing and shouting was probably a pretty normal thing for these girls so the roommate just thought a girl had a fight with a guy and the guy ran outside. She didn't think anything was wrong till she realized none of her roommates got up at the usual 12pm wake up times for young adults so she immediately call friends and police. I'm not victim blaming, I am trying to paint a picture that makes more sense than the affidavit at explaining the late 911 call.

It does not make it sound like she had any clue what was going on until the next day. From earlier parts, when this first broke, it's obvious that when she did realize what happened, he must have went into hysterics. At that point, she probably lost her mind and called friends because she needed someone she knew, not just police. She could have been so traumatized that she couldn't even think of what to do.

      You can’t judge what someone does in a certain situation. You don’t know how you would react. She most likely would have been victim number #5, and by the grace of God, was spared. What she has to endure as a survivor is horrendous. This will affect her life FOREVER, and not in a good way. Imagine what she saw and the guilt she feels. Calling 911 earlier would NOT have saved her roommates. The only thing it would have helped is tracking down the murderer sooner.

      @@alexdeclodio5645 I’m not sure who you’re talking about but I’m pretty confident neither of the surviving roommates have spoken publicly I’ve only seen interviews with friends or childhood friends. I think it’s clear we are all assuming too much knowledge about a situation we can’t fathom but, if she were my daughter? I’d be holding her tight and grateful, she’s still here.

    if noise was common in the house and ppl in and out of the house at all hours , why would she assume he killed everyone , not sure how she didn’t hear blood curdling screams if any did scream ? but yeah , 4am in the morning , she is likely tired and maybe tipsy and waiting for her food or something from delivery . she did not call police because she did not know that there was danger ? she went to sleep . she did open her door when she thought she heard crying , she did not leave her room tho , just opened door and likely thought the male voice was someone her room mate knew . his voice was not threatening. if she had left her room to investigate the crying , hr would have killed her aswell . whatever prevented her from checking , saved her possibly

    This was a party house. People were always going in and out. Random screaming & sounds were not uncommon. It was kind of perfect for the killer. Do not pass judgment on these girls until the rest of the story is out. They aren't going to inform you-a stranger- and ruin their case in court. We won't know for another year or two. Some of you sound entitled, selfish & dumb.

    I still question the eight hour gap. Honestly, it just makes no sense when clearly you can hear things while you went to sleep late or not.. why wait that long nowadays honestly people have technology but use it for the stupidest reasons but when it comes to crime, it’s like they still don’t capture it. Even in disbelief it’s common sense whether you were in shock or anything you hear I would record everything then call 911 especially if you’re on TikTok. All night at least record a quick video on what’s happening
