  • Jason LaBar, the attorney for the Idaho killing suspect, tells NewsNation's "CUOMO" that when talking to Bryan Kohberger, he appeared to be "an intelligent man" and "easy to talk to." LaBar also clarified that "Kohbgerger said he was eager to be exonerated," which he thinks indicates that Kohberger believes he's innocent." I wasn't judging the case at that point in time," LaBar added.

If he was "framed" that opens up even more questions.
If he was framed and innocent then he should have no problem providing alibis for everything that check out beyond a reasonable doubt.
Does a "framed" man who's innocent get caught cleaning out his car with latex gloves on, a car that happens to match the one in question? Does an innocent framed man walk up the road to dispose of household garbage in multiple neighbors garbage bins just because why not?
Whoever "framed" him must have been planning this years ago with all the social media posts and comments that were slathered all over about his unstable mental state. His boot print at the back door? There's already too much evidence just in the PCA to honestly convince me he was framed.

Someone as smart as him would not make such stupid mistakes. He makes a good patsy, n he was obviously set up. The case looks too suspiciously like many other cases of serial killers or mass murders, where patsies are used. See Programmed to Kill by David McGowan, Ultimate Evil by Terry Maury, and The Phoenix Program and The CIA as Organized Crime by Douglas Valentine and see also Russ Dizdar (who predicted the current exponential increase in mass murders in the US). Of course, this will be rejected outright bcz it's a claim of conspiracy, n, as we all know, there are no conspiracies bcz the fascistic, criminally insane CIA, which has a long and sordid history of conspiracies, says there aren't.
The profile of a serial killer or mass murderer is one of programmed killing, controlled patsies, or SSRI-victim. That's indisputable. Organized crime is behind it, and that organized crime is CIA fronts like military entities, psychiatric institutions, and Satanic cults. Before the CIA, going back to at least the Middle Ages, it was also organized crime, mostly depraved elitists, behind serial killers. People, mostly leftists, protect organized crime by being in denial of conspiracies and smearing the opponents of conspiracies.
And it's abnormal extraverts who are anti-social, bcz they lack inhibitions and sensibilities, n there are no intraverted symptoms in anti-social personality/sociopathy/psychopathy--they are externalizing disorders, introverts have internalizing disorders.

This was a very bloody murder scene, according to multiple online reports. I don't see how it is possible that a tiny amount of touch DNA can be the only DNA they have linking him to the crime. The prosecution has to be keeping this case close to the vest, just like they did prior to the arrest.

Think your bang on the mark there, very likely his blood was at the scene aswell having killed four people with a knife with whom some had defensive wounds and most likely put up some sort of fight so would be extremely unlikely their isnt his blood, hair or his skin (possibly under one of the victims fingernails) has not been found at the scene of the crime!

@music brazilian we dont really know how many instances family or friends may have tried to tell the man to get help. Even if no one did, if I am having ongoing fantasies about killing people, then at some point I can say that I would entertain the thought "Man, what is wrong with me? I better get some help." According to Bryans social media notes he was self aware concerning his mental state. He said he has no emotions. That he saw his family members as movie characters. He knew he lacked empathy. He knew he wasnt right mentally. Yet, he didnt get help apparently. If he were 15, I could say "yeah, never had a chance" But he is nearly 30 yrs old. He chose to let himself be transformed into this person he is through over a decade.
Sorry but I dont have much sorrow at all for the individual. He knew he needed help. And he chose an evil path instead.

@John R Bandy You are right he made a choice but he was most likely very hurt and by the huge amounts of his social media presence we can also tell he was very lonesome poor guy now he will spend the rest of his days getting beat up or yell at. I think he will commit suicide. So many guys dont have your courage, asking for help is sign of bravery. Perhaps you have more social and emotional support. People describes him as someone they could not relate. I bet his parents were emotionally cold to him when he was a child and a teen. He has signs of someone who was raised by a narcissistic family and kids who feel invisible growing up feels unloved and unworthy.

BK experienced in small measure what those poor victims felt when this bogeyman killed them in the dark. I hope he pissed his pants when arrested. It's crazy that he was shocked especially, bc of the Indiana police officers stopping him back to back. Even if they weren't stopping him in connection w the crime... That alone should have shocked or alerted him regardless of the true reasons for the stops. It seems implausible that someone who claims to be so smart wouldn't have been alarmed by the back to back stops. Maybe he is incapable of feeling paranoia, as well as the other basic emotions he has already stated he didn't have.

The one thing I wonder about is is it possible for Brian to claim that the knife and sheath could have been stolen from him and placed at the murder-scene deliberately? I mean,IF that is the only place they found his dna?

    • @CaptZdq1

@@CaptZdq1 this might be his last murders, perhaps he has been murdering for years and gotten so sure about himself by now? And that's why he thought he is so "good" that no one will ever catch him and so he saw no need to be so careful anymore? OR, then he isn't the murderer in the first place, someone framed him? Wich I don't believe.
