I love this interview for many reasons.
If I could pin it down to anyone guitarist who got me to first start playing guitar it would be Nick Hipa or Kirk Hammett.
AILD have been one of my all time favourite bands since I was a teen and the recent events that caused them to come to a halt broke my heart.
It is so nice to see a member upbeat and talking about the future. It makes me feel a lot better about the situation for some reason knowing this. I felt a bit lost when none of the members commented on the siuation and just hid themselves away (although I understand why they would it).
I earnestly hope they continue, perhaps with a new name and vocalist. Regardless I will be waiting patiently for more news.
