- Re-hydrate wakame seaweed. Leave them for 10 minutes. - Cut both ends of cucumbers then smashed them. Cut broken cucumbers in quarters. - Drain wakame seaweed, squeeze it well then add salt, soup stock, sesame oil, garlic paste, sesame seed then mix everything.
