New subscriber ! Just found your channel and love watching it - and it helps me keep consistent. To get out of a rut, I deep clean everything so that becoming more productive again becomes less of a challenge. It also allows me to rest - I can put on a show or blast some music. Then have an everything shower - that way I feel more confident to leave the house.

I didn't even realise how much I pressered myself and just showed self hate. And finally I am trying to get out of it and God(I'm Christian) really helped me to go through it without killing myself.
