I loved these tips & have been trying to implement something similar myself - especially to stop the dreaded doom-scrolling! I put a timer on those apps on my phone so it locks me out after a certain time has elapsed, but I still find myself aimlessly scrolling & app-switching. Urgh!
Also, if you've got any tips on food to eat, that would be fab. I need to be more intentional about what I eat (says me, eating tortilla chips & sour cream at 11pm while watching this 🙈), so I'm on the lookout for some inspiration.

Great video. I would love if you could share more about Pinterest - how you find boards or people that you like to follow, some recommendations for positive content, and more. I haven't used it in many years and have turned to YT and IG for such things, but would be interested to see how you use Pinterest instead in this manner. How the algorithm can be manipulated to your benefit would be nice to know... Thank you!
What I love about pinterest is how easily you can change your recommended feed, once you look up good quotes and whatever inspo that you are looking for it will just start popping up on your feed and the more you interact, the more it shows.
What I personally do is i look up study inspo, deep quotes, and healthy food so that everytime I go on pinterest I remind myself thats the life that I am seeking
