Beautifully done and perfect pace. I've been searching for a demonstration of the form for my children when I am not home. This is the closest I've seen to how I was taught, and I can put it on the big television for the kids and it's not blurred and indistinguishable. The music is also relaxing. Thank you.
I'm no Wing Chun expert but I think his Wu Sao is a little low. When I was being taught a while ago I was told that it was supposed to protect the neck and throat and should be lined up at a level just under the chin.
My wonderful friend shares with me this video... I'm going to try 🤗

I’m a student for 11 years experience. I don’t consider myself a teacher yet but I’m getting to where I can show my knowledge of wing chun.
