Cold start Is irrelevant in a NA motor, the only one who’s really got to wait is the turbocharged and supercharged guys, yours you only gotta wait 2-5 seconds before oil is where it needs to be, turbochargers need their oil warm not just in place before revving because of how much faster the turbine spins compared to your valves

That's actually not very loud, I have a friend with a decatted straight piped 370Z Nismo and it's not even loud compared to a 3.0t supercharged Audi A6 Quattro one of my other friends has. And he has 4 straight thru mufflers on it, and it legit sounds like an AK on an actual cold start. I actually love the sound of the VQ35-37 Nissans with no real mufflers on them on a single pipe. Good exhaust in my book!👍
