This arguably sound better then the pagani zonda version of this engine because being that this cars is much heavier it revs slower therefore remains at high rpm for a longer time, so you could hear that insane sound longer

Well, some W140's had petrol 2.8L inline-six (~190 hp) and diesel 3.0L (~170 hp) engines, that's not much for quite large and heavy sedan. V12's you mentioned are AMG masterpieces, including incredible opus magnum - 7.0L V12 500 horsepower monster. But these AMG versions are rare.

Well, some W140's had petrol 2.8L inline-six (~190 hp) and diesel 3.0L (~170 hp) engines, that's not much for quite large and heavy sedan. V12's you mentioned are AMG masterpieces, including incredible opus magnum - 7.0L V12 500 horsepower monster. But these AMG versions are rare.
