    Healthy marriages and relationships are such beautiful things. The companionship, inside jokes, support, love, it really is wonderful. The story books forgot to tell us that Happily ever after takes work! The best relationships are the ones where both people want to be there and both people are willing to show up every day and put in that work.
    Today we are getting into six wonderful ways to maintain the health of your marriage and keep your man hooked and happy!

    This one was a doozy! I realize not every culture, religion or social group does premarital counseling or provides ongoing marital counseling as part of regular life, not because anything is wrong, but just for maintenance. So many couples are just sent to the altar and expected to manage married life and find happily ever after with no advice or guidance. So many women don't have anyone to talk to or get advice from or share tips with.
    Knowing that, I just felt it would be a disservice not to go into a little more detail for those it may truly help and to really give my single and dating life ladies a glimpse at the work it really takes to build and maintain a happy union!
    I started out with over 12 of these tips that I was running through very quickly but I had to change course and narrow it down so I could get a little more in depth. Hope you all enjoy - let me know what you think! 💕

    I rarely comment, but I truly enjoyed and appreciated this video. There were some good tips that I am absolutely going to use. My man called me his Queen recently, and I've been reflecting on how a Queen has a totally different set of priorities than a princess does. She protects the King, and the kingdom, which means not overspending when you know you have a goal, not spilling tea, prioritizing the health of the family and relationship over feeling lazy one day, etc. Awesome video.

    • @TheFeminineUniverse
      @TheFeminineUniverse  Год назад +10

      Yes! Thanks for sharing, love. It's beautiful that your man sees you that way and that you want to do your best to live up to that title. I agree, the priorities and behavior of a princess and a queen are quite different.
      The same way I say a girlfriend should not be taking on wifely duties, a wife also cannot continue to behave like a girlfriend. I've had women get frustrated with me for telling them they should let their husband know where they're going when stepping out of the home. We live in interesting times😕😅

    I absolutely love your videos and needed this reminder as i move back into allowing intimacy, and love into my life. I would like to see us all as a feminine group discard rhyming, or triggering names for those who have been through betrayal trauma, further rejecting and isolating them from the things that would give them new feminine life. As was so beautifully put in the video it is not okay to shame a woman for her journey to a good loving and harmoneous relationship... or for her journey out of a bad one while reconnecting with the possibility of innocent, respectful love. It is likely if she is watching this, she is trying to come back from that behavior and may have been retraumatized. It's not possible to refrain from all traumatizing, I understand that. But I know I come to watch your videos because I feel comfortable here to explore some of these taboo feminine discussions that should not be taboo, and it helps me a lot. Especially when I was at my lowest. I just want and hope all women can benefit from it as well especially those who harbor some hurtred about a rough, betrayal. I love your videos. Thank you for all you do and your level-headed approach.

    The majority attitude nowadays towards men and relationships in general is very entitled, selfish and self centered. Before I deleted my TikTok and unfollowed certain channels on RUclips, a lot of these “femininity” content creators preach selfishness and lack core values. Being in a relationship is hard but so rewarding with the right person.

    OMStars love TFU! I would add that if within 2 years he does not willingly and without deceit ask for your hand in marriage, separate. I've spent 10 years with 1 man, almost 10 with another and over 15 with the third and they never even got close to asking. Now in my mid 60s my opportunities are near zero. So, don't give that much of you if they cannot decide and commit. Just my thoughts.

    Hey Lady!! I really appreciate this video! You really opened my eyes on things I had been slipping on in my marriage. We had a couple of bad fights and I think these things kind of fell by the wayside and I felt bad about doing certain things for someone who I felt treated me badly. But that was then, and he is intentionally making improvements. So this was the reminder I needed to get back to being the best I can in my Wifery. ( yes I made wifery up!) Anyway, I also appreciate how in another video you said I was being a 3 demanding 8 treatment. I really needed a reminder to raise my standards that I hold myself to. In conclusion, I would love if you could talk about Topics 3&4 please. p.s. You have the most soothing voice!

    First, I LOVE your channel. Every video is a gem, and reflects areas in which I’m always trying to grow. Now SIS! This one right HERE?! Oooh, so so good. My husband and I started dating 6 years ago, and have been married for 6 months. And when I tell you there was not one lie told haha. Early in our relationship, I had friends and family say that the way I interacted with him was “domesticated” because of the way I cared for him. I was simply loving him in ways that he was most receptive to, and it didn’t make me smaller, but strengthened our bond. It was also a source of pride for him. Our relationship has evolved with time and busier careers, which can make it easier to neglect things that were once effortless. But you’re absolutely right about creating space to double down on certain areas (even 20% of the time) as a married couple. I smiled as I watched because I could literally envision my husband opening up like a flower to these tips. So well done! Thank you for your time and thoughtfulness.

      This comment warmed my heart! Major congratulations on your marriage❤️ Good on you for loving your husband in the way that he's most receptive to, no matter what people said. When a good man is loved properly, he will bring you the sun, the moon _and_ the stars. I really love that you envisioned exactly how happy some of these tips could make him. Keep being a great wife and enjoy being treated like a queen. Sending my best to the both of you 🥂💕
