The armor reduction in value over time isn't true. It was done by people who couldn't math. 550 Armor = +10% Increase in Effective HP and this increase doesn't seem to have a cap. I thought this for YEARS then did the math comparing 2K Armor to 10K Armor and the effective HP gain was 550 = +10%. That's how it works in classic... not sure it still holds WoTLK.
