These are definitely the best enduro instructional/how-to videos on the Internet. I have watched every single one … at least 3 times. Thanks very much Rich!

I think it's great for some to choose to play like this. But I wouldn't force this on others. Though, I'd be more likely to move the ball than to move the dirt.

I rode 5 miles of hell last november and what a nice ride! You are 100% right the crux is the hardest and most skill challenging part. The rest is a nice mix a technical climb and decent with the biggest challenge is being expose. I instinctively chose the easy line because I was alone and didn't want to risk it. The best advice I can give any one who wants to attempt this amazing trail is don't go alone!!! Thanks for sharing!

Your instructions are the best. I need to record the voice tracks and just have them on a loop as I practice. Thank you Rich!!

This video is awesome! its also hilarious because he's playing around on this obstacle like its nothing while I almost ruined my bike trying to do the crux haha

Loving the series Rich! My buddy Moto Mad Ned (You now him as Josiah.)spent about an hour at the crux last year clearing out the massive amount of rocks stacked at the crux. It was like a handicap ramp at that point. I see that folks are starting to put the rocks back. I guess we'll have to make it an annual cleansing. Also, id like you to know that youve forever changed the crux of 5moh. Now we'll be inundated with people posting videos of them trying the new, Rich Larsen crux. 😂 Well played, Sir!

The crux was def the most intimidating section, but in my video of the crux area, I went faster and tried to nail that section as one whole section. I got up most the way, but then fell to the side. You def do it right and show the correct way to hit this section. Great job and thanks for teaching us all.

Just because there are rocks stacked neatly before a ledge, doesn't mean someone was there before you and created that order. I'm a trail Atheist!!

Hey Rich !!! Love your videos as always !!! Quick question… when you post things like these… any chance you can do a quick video on the set up too ?? Would love to see the tires and bibs, etc that you’re using. I still have the VE-33 on my Beta with the platinum mousse (10-12 lb feel) but really thinking about upgrading with my next tire change. Thanks man !!! Keep up the great stuff !!! (Oh and I am heading to Page tomorrow to play a few days again there !!!)

Little praise and question. Been riding since I was 11, and I'm now 60 yrs old and still love riding and learning. Man what great content you provide!! Not to mention your ability to teach. Love ALL your videos!
Question...I got off my CR250 2T years ago and drank the cool-aid. I haven't seen you on a 4T. Love my Beta 390RR and have been using your training for my static balance. I can tell already how much the static balance is challenging my core and helping me to be more confident in the woods on steep gnarly hills. Just not confident in trying the Blip to get over larger obstacles. I am tired of having to grab the throttle and hope for best. I'm sure you're the one person that can tell me if all these small clutch techniques can work on a 4t. A 2t is just another level, but I'm hoping you'll tell me "No worries". Then you'll have to show me in a video or send a link. LOL

Rich, could you please re-do the lesson from the boot squeak forward, once I heard it, I freaked out and that was the only thing I could hear, I'm still hearing it I better call in to work sick and have a day of throttle therapy.

Rich, superb break down of technical riding through those sections. I heard you may be coming to Australia next year? If so, we have a couple of spots close to Sydney that are very similar to that terrain. Would love to organise a day of coaching if you are available. Cheers, Christian.

I ain't saying nothing about them squeaky ass boots. I just want to know why the TM got left at home? I'd love to see you out on it on this kind of a trail. Curious to see how the 4t does in such terrain.

Thanks Rich, as always well explained and developed, the rock/stone is a bit scary in case you fall, but the truth is that dry is where the tire grips the most, Rich, could you tell me how you have adjusted the valve exhaust screw ? thanks and regards.🤙

Hey Rich. Been watching your videos for a while. Was curious if you do any racing? I'd be interested to see how well your skill translates to an Ersberg, or one of those hard Enduro races. Do you just teach now or do you run events or trials?

    • @IRCTireUSAMoto
      @IRCTireUSAMoto  Год назад +3

I have used to race more now I mostly teach. I have a few top ten finishes in past American hard enduro series races. Never had the opportunity to race Erzberg. Maybe one day. It’s so stacked now I doubt I’d finish.

I see. I just recently started watching some hard Enduro and Ersberg videos. I'd see these best riders of the world sitting on there ass paddling through rock gardens. Deep down I know they're just incredibly tired and you can't have a good form through all of that. But I keep thinking "the tire guy could hop through that rock garden like a gazelle" 😂
I guess the conclusion is, you'd be sitting on your ass and go in just a slow at that point in the race 😂
