My father(who is a farmer) deposited his hard earned 3 lakh rupees in sahara india with an installment basis back in 2008 2010.
Now it is 2020 we haven't get any penny in returns.

I being a son of a former top tier Sahara employee could actually relate to it, there was once a time when a Sahara employee was called a semi government employee (such was the job security and pay scales and perks and everything) and the next minute everything vanished , the employees having handsome packages of more than 10-15 LPA had their salaries due for more than 3 months! Not only investors took a hit,the employees were also at the bottom end of the barrel, I've seen my father serving this organisation faithfully for almost 22 years and now growing so bitter towards it , it's actually kinda scary!

He is in housing department(subrath roy house)....
He meet to subrath roy and his wife regularly...
They have promised to give double salary to the people who will work in quarantine by staying in office...
But they still haven't gave my father his 2 months salaryy...
And a lot is required of 2014 months...
Almost 5lakh of salary they have ate of my father's hardwork...

It recently came into news that all the dues by sahara have been paid to people. Sebi still has 22000 crores with them and they didn't refunded people's money. It will now be returned after SC order

My father is a field manager in sahara, I'm not so more or less into it but I know that peoples money are stucked & they will get there money back soon. It's just a hard time for company and still many peoples are investing so they are not scammers nor they did any fraud. Once a Sahara Agent came to our house and hypnotized my mother and us with promises of returns. But my father never trusted Sahara and he never Invested in any such funds.

One is doing M.B.A
One is pursuing her career as a Fashion designer.
