      -1 ananas

    There is nothing about this blend that will alleviate any kind of pain except may maybe hunger pangs.

    In searching for an ice cream substitute, I found a recipe much like this one. Freeze the banana and the pineapple chunks (cut out the core first). Blend a whole banana and 6 to 8 pineapple chunks with 2/3 cup of milk or other liquid. Do not over blend. Once you see the mixture start to get very uniform, yet still has some texture, stop the blending. It ends up like soft serve ice cream! I'll try other fruits soon.

      Here is one I make that is delicious and is completely dairy-free and is very easy to make with only three ingredients. I measure nothing. I simply eye it. Pour oat milk or your favorite nut milk into a blender. I fill about 1/2 full so the blender doesn't overflow when on full speed and to assure you don't dilute the taste. Add about a half cup of pitted dates, then add about one big, heaping tablespoon of almond butter or your favorite nut butter. I've used cashew and peanut butter as well. Blend until completely liquefied. I use a Vitamix because the power is unbelievable and crushes just about anything to a liquid state. I then pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze. Once frozen I chop the mix into chunks and blend again until it is smooth. You can add a little salt if you like the salty/sweet taste as well. You'll be surprised how good it is.

      P.S. You can adjust the quantities after your first batch or two. I tried a lot more almond butter in one batch and it was awful. The AB overpowered the taste and ruined the consistency.

      @@virginiabrown4381 pineapple contains a compound that helps with sore muscles Bananas have potassium with also helps with muscle pain a bit. I don't know about actual pain relief. What's amazing is even though they have a ton of sweetness from the Pineapple and banana they felt the need to add honey which despite the hype is just a liquid sugar.

    I thought this video was garbage but I tried it and it actually works. I was concerned about the amount of sugar but my workouts have been stronger and I have laid off my pre workout. Lower back and neck pain are noticeably reduced/gone.

    Enzyme bromelain in raw pineapple breaks down protein, normally it burns the tongue and mouth. Maybe the oatmeal stops it? Looks a good food drink.

    Wow, that's amazing! 😛. Me & my cat were watching this video & it always keeps my cat's ears up like an owl 🦉LOL. I would rather eat both the pineapple & banana chunks mixed in a bowl instead of blending in a shake. I eat them for dessert only but not necessarily for pain.

    I use Kefir instead of water. I also put whatever I can get. Today I used carrot fronds, beet tops and a carrot, a kiwi fruit, an apple and a pear.

    Does it really take the pain out of your joints🤔 would be interesting to know some feedback from people who have tried it

      it is delicious but it increases pain in my joists too bec it has a huge amount of sugar in it, and sugar increases Inflammation. you can try carnivore diet for a week or so to check if it is good for you. for me it was good but still cannot figure out how to only eat meat for a month or so?

      It takes pain away the same way eating delicious foods make you less depressed it's temporary probably has to do with serotonin or whatever.
