The final chapter of "The Revelstoke Diaries" closes with some good old foot tapping, feel good music as we caught up with alternative folk rock band Shred Kelly.
The five piece band - comprising of Sage McBride, Tim Newton, Jordan Vlasschaert, Ty West and Ryan Mildenberger - emerged from the heart of the Canadian Rockies in 2009.
Over the past decade the group have taken their highly energetic live show from humble beginnings on the Canadian ski-town circuit to the international stage.
With five studio albums to date, their music has become the soundtrack of the BC interior.
We caught up with the band in Revelstoke as part of their 10th anniversary tour, as they returned to perform in one of their favourite mountain towns.
Speaking ahead of their live show, the group reminisce about the past performances in Revelstoke and share some insight into how the mountain communities of British Columbia help to inspire their song writing and performances.
