I got mine today it wasn’t even bad. The hardest part for me was the fasting part and only drinking liquids i threw up so much this morning but I didn’t really feel anything during the procedure and finally its over its all worth it. If you’re scared don’t be because you’ll be asleep during the procedure.❤️
Had mine around 2 weeks ago, i was really anxious, but thanks to deep sedation, i felt nothing and woke up after the procedure was done, it was by far the easiest medical procedure ive done.
The prep is the worst part of the whole thing. The liquid is slimy. I use a straw so I don’t have to deal with the slime. You’ll be fine. It’s easier than you think. I’ve had both done and am ok. Next month I’ll have them both done at the same time. I know I’ll be ok cuz Dr Pratt is taking care of me 👍🏽😸
@@drsuessl Thanks. The prep started off fine but the effects kept going well into the night. That was a little exhausting. I'm a little nervous. Just the camera down the throat has me a little nervous! Bring on the sedation for sure! 2 hours to go. Eek 😅
@@kibriasinha243 I got through it. Was a little struggle with a good few gags but as I had nothing in my stomach so it was not messy. I have a really bad gag reflex so I know it wouldn't be easy. It was over quick enough. I got better near the end as I calmed down and focused on breathing and it really is a mental thing to try not think about it. I had concious sedation but I thought it would have been more potent. I just felt a little calmer.
I've had pain in the upper left side of my abdomen ever since I had covid 2 &1/2 years ago the pain started as a severe cramping or "pulling sensation," as if something was pulling all of the muscles in that area inward, from the inside. It also sometimes feels like I swallowed a bone(although I've NEVER done this intentionally 😅)and it's stuck in that area. And I can feel a slight swelling in that area. But the funniest thing, is that of all of the diagnostic & imaging tests that I've had, including with contrast, they still have not found what I've described to them. This is what I'm afraid of too. (Besides bieng put to sleep )that I'm going to go through with this, and AGAIN I'll be disappointed, because they won't be able to find whatever is causing my discomfort & pain. I know my body & when something is wrong.😢
Please don’t be scared, I’ve just had a few days ago and I was so scared, but the stuff was so good!!! I didn’t feel nothing at all . God bless everyone 🙏🙏🙏
I got mine done 2 days ago, and to be honest, the iv is the hardest part literally, i know that at the place I went to, they put numbing cream on my arm so I didnt even feel the needle tbh at all, I still have a soar throat and I see a cut in the back of my mouth and im not sure if its a sample or just a accident, it doesn't hurt to bad just hard to swallow ima get it checked out
I had to wait a long time (Probably around 5 months idk) for my endoscopy, but it wasn't nearly bad as I thought it would be. The procedure only took about 15-20 minutes. If you want to read what happened (looked at the other paragraphs below): Once I was in the room I was definitely panicking but I tried not to panic. They didn't even notice I was panicking. But anyways they told me to lay down and then they put a mask on me for laughing gas which just calms you down and you don't feel pain (I know that for sure because that was the 2nd time I have had laughing gas both times I felt no pain. But this was the first time I was actually being asleep during the procedure). At this point, it felt as if I stood up and couldn't see a thing for a sec. But I did see it's just I saw the dots like you would if that happened. It just felt a little weird because it was as if I was slowly drifting to sleep or something. but I still saw what they were doing and heard what they said. Around 20 or so sec later that effect wore off and I felt less tired and the dots left. But while all of what you read was happening they also said what they were putting on me (Next paragraph): They gave me an oxygen thing that was a thin tube on me (not in me). Then they poked something in me for anesthesia (which didn't hurt I barely felt it). Apparently, when they put anesthesia it feels col in that spot. For me, it didn't. They did some other things as well because they told me everything they did. I remember everything they said but that would take time to type all that here. Anyways my eyes were still open Then my eyes opened as if I had just closed them but I didn't (apparently I did I just didn't notice). And then they said it was over and I didn't say any weird stuff after. I know that because I remember opening my eyes. The whole time the doctors were nice.
Thank you I think we can shall may vphv understand the importance of pipe lines materials and angle of inclination as they are important in carrying energy ( of various forms like sound light heat pressure etc ) wastes air and important solids and fluids like hydrogen gas............................
