These are superb. Thanks for reviewing them Joe. Have boosted the mods a fraction and now these are perfect for my daily work and occasional gaming setup. It’s a shame they don’t have Xbox wireless compatibility and I’m not a fan of the software. Not yet decided on the pads I like best. Not really a sports weave fan (didn’t like it on SteelSeries either - doesn’t seem to be rigid enough or provide enough ‘grip’). Hasn’t put me off these though. Sound exceeded expectations and mic is great also. Also much prefer them to the Maxwell I had for fps gaming.
Is the asus rog delta 2 better for fps and just overall sound quality over the beyerdynamic mmx 200? Im gonna buy a wireless headset for fps and sound quality on black friday.
I was on the hunt for a new wireless gaming headset and tested a few, including the Arctis Nova 7X/Pro, Blackshark V2 Pro, Audeze Maxwell, and Turtle Beach 700 Gen 3. Eventually, I settled on the Delta II. It’s the only headset that offers great sound quality (comparable to the Maxwell) while delivering the feature set I expect from a high-end gaming headset in 2024. There’s not a single category where it falls short-sound, comfort, and features are all excellent. While it may not be the absolute best in any one category, it comes impressively close across the board. Sure, the Maxwell sounds slightly better, but it lacks simultaneous Bluetooth/2.4GHz connectivity, is ridiculously heavy, and is even beaten in battery life. The Arctis Nova Pro has a similar feature set and hot-swappable batteries, but in my opinion, its sound, mic, and comfort are inferior. And honestly, who needs hot-swappable batteries when the battery lasts up to 120 hours? The Blackshark V2 Pro may have a marginally better mic, but it’s worse in every other aspect. The Stealth 700 Gen 3 offers multiplatform support, but in every other respect, it’s inferior to the Delta II. When I bought the stealth 700 gen 3, the setup process was so clunky that it was a dealbreaker from the start. How hard is it to make a headset plug-and-play? Overall, the Delta II is the complete package-except for the Armory Crate software, which is still a piece of junk. Thanks for the great content joe!
Do you think it is better or worse than beyerydnamic mmx 200 as im moving from an arctis 5 and want a wireless option. Im worried of the sound quality and build quality of the asus rog delta 2.
@@waterkey2712 I completly understand your worries because most of asus' peripherals are really bad or at best mediocre. But the Delta II is the exception to the rule imo. The build quality is very good. They somehow managed to build the entire frame out of metal while staying incredible light. Both the leatherette and fabric earcushions are very good as well. And overall comfort is excellent. Maybe the cushions for the headrest could be a bit thicker, but given the light weight it isn't a problem for me so far. Soundquality is very good out of the box, but for my personal taste little flat. A few minor adjustments in the eq made it perfect. I also really liked how seamless the set up was compared to the stealth 700 gen. Just plug them in and boom windows recognized them. Same goes bluetooth on my smartphone. I had my eyes on the mmx200 as well but the lack of EQ and simultaneously bluetooth kind of killed it for me.
@GadgetryTech Thanks for another great review, Joe. Are you going play the BO6 Beta next week and test the sound and let us know which frequency footsteps will be in??? As a long term Nova 7 user, I can’t justify the price. Yeah it might sound better than the Nova 7 and it definitely has a better mic than the Nova 7, but unless the sound is significantly better than the Nova 7 and has significantly better imaging, I can’t see this selling much
Man i hope you become a multi million channel u definitely deserve better i just cannot wait to finish 12th grade(in Iraq 12th grade is cancer because how difficultit is) and get the audeze maxwells❤
Haha thanks so much! I'm happy with wherever I'm at! The growth is nice of course. Good luck with school!! Such an important grade. If you remember, drop a comment on a video down the road once you finish!!
Thanks for going out side the norm. Great vid as usual. I think with SS nova 7x being sub $150 every other month and TB stealth pros every other month at $250 Asus priced themselves out here.
That is the question. I have both at the moment. I am testing now. Remind me and I will respond back. One thing to note, after using the Asus, the Maxwell are crazy heavy.
@@antt0023 Man it's tough. If you want lightweight, comfort, and simultaneous audio, the ROG Delta 2 are great. But if you want all out sound quality and immersion the Maxwell are unmatched. Just be careful handling the Maxwell, they can be fragile.
Dang. So I couldn’t have the Aux plugged into my sound board for discord control and use the 2.4ghz dongle for virtual surround sound for gaming? That was what I hoped this guy could do for me.
I only wish it has a more "mature" design. They have an alternative called the ROG Pelta which has the same driver, very minimalist looking but half the battery life.
Great review as always, I was going to wait for the Turtle beach stealth 700 gen 3 releasing next month but these are very tempting! How would you say the comfort of these compare to the Steelseries arctis nova 7?
These are looser on your head, and are definitely made for larger heads. If you have a smaller head, I think you'll find the Nova 7 more comfortable, as it will feel more secure. The suspension strap is better on the Nova 7 up top, but the ear pads are much more forgiving on the Delta II. But yeah, hard to say what's best until we see the Stealth 700 G3 soon!
Hard pass, TB products are junk, I see people on reddit saying the g3 600 died after 30 days and this is not just one person! The swarm ll app is absolute garbage and buggy. After I returned the atlas air, I won't be going back to TB for a long time, that company needs change and more people in the software development side and more R&D, I really feel like they are cheaping out on the electronics (chips) to recievers and mics. The ad for atlas air said it was the best mic to date that they have made, I thought it was pure dogshit, stealth 700 gen2 was far suppior! TB just has to get better for me to consider them anymore.
I've never had any problems with turtle beach ther the best for gaming audio they have the turtle beach stealth pro wireless the best but too too heavy for gaming every day but we will see how these new turtle beach gen3 sound they are going with new bigger drivers I can't wait should be awesome I'm currently using the sony h9 wireless and the astro a50x stay safe and happy gaming to all
I just bought this headset. Love your review as usual. I am unable to get the setttings to "save" to the headset. it will save if i use it on the same PC . However, if I try to move the dongle to a laptop, it will reset to the default sound. I havent tried console though.
Hey Joe sweet review as always! I have a question, does this headset lower its over all volume if the software is not installed or running? The black shark v2 pro 2023 does this. For instance, make it to where synapse does run on boot up, turn on the headset listen to music, while listening open synapse and for me I get atleast a 5db increase in volume. I believe Turtle Beach Stealth pro does the same. Just wondering because I don't want asus software on my PC and can tune it with SS GG. @Asus when tuning side tone, look at the hyper x cloud 3 wireless, amazing natural sound!
Thanks! +1 for HyperX Cloud III wireless tuning! Wonderful headset. This volume is not affected by the Armoury Crate software running or not. Same output levels
@@GadgetryTech awesome, thank you! Ordering mine, I wish all companies seen the importance of phone app for EQ and at this point in 2024 it should just be a standard, so console players didn't need a PC to tune the headset. I play on PC but still think it's cool to have all bases covered, all we can do is hope.
@@GadgetryTech So i got mine today, and i used squiglink and eq them with SS sonar and to my amazement i actually prefer the Asus tune over harmon and i never say this! I can hear foot steps better and some sounds like guns just sound better. My question to you is do you prefer Asus compressor or volume boost in sonar? seems like they do the same thing but sonar gets much louder....what do you prefer or think is more accurate? i like this headset a lot even with the leather ear cups, they don't get as spicy as the TB stealth pro, i still think the stealth pro is over all louder, but the delta 2 seems to be over all better rounded and more comfortable. This is a very good headset for those that dont want to fiddle with any settings, just plug and play and will have a great experience!
I've been using the Asus Rog Delta S Wireless for over a year and the bass was completely lacking. I recently upgraded to the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and I love it. Now you're making me think about going back to Asus🤔
I have the Delta II and the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) Even the Delta II won't have the same bass as Blackshark out of the box. But using the bass booster and equalizer I got about the same sound profile as the blackshark. The microphone is also comparable to the blackshark The Delta II shines in the fact I can play both bluetooth and 2.4 ghz simultaneously. Which is good for mobile gamers, for everyone else I would probably just keep the blackshark.
@@sorvex9Except the Blackshark has a very common QC issues where the screw cover on the headband just detaches after a few months. Amazon is riddled with the issue in there reviews and I have warrantied a Blackshark 2023 twice now for the issue
Is there any audio degredation when in bluetooth mode compared to 2.4ghz via donge ? I'm talking about general sound quality when listening to music and also how the mic sounds.
@bonanzabrandon yeah it's an interesting one. Depending on what device you use to listen to this review, one will sound better than the other. I have kind of a hard "s" when I speak, and perfect voice sounds more clear but unfortunately emphasizes that S even further for me. I think depending on your voice it may suit people better
@@GadgetryTech Which one is better for fps and overall sound quality? The asus rog delta 2 or the corsair virtuoso max if they fixed the issues. The corsair virtuoso max seems to be ticking all the boxes for me as well as the asus rog delta 2 but the corsair virtuoso max has a nicer looking build and has ANC which honestly i need. Which one do you recommend?
Maxwell sounds better for sure. This is more comfortable though, and still sounds pretty good, all things considered. Up to you if it's worth the price increase to you or not

i am confused rn because i think that mic of this pair is actually better than razer blackshark v2 pro. It has warmer sound in your voice. I used another video of yours where you compared razer hyperspeed and v2 to check again and sound was a little bit more clear on hyperspeed too for me... What do you think?
Great review. Any significant differences in volume when using the dongle on PC vs PS5? I noticed on the Atlas Air, the volume didn't get loud enough for my preference when connected to a PS5.
These get more than loud enough on both platforms to where I cannot max out the volume. Any time it hits an uncomfortable level, I typically don't mention it. Sorry for not bringing that up!!
Maxwell is the best sounding headset made, but it's less comfortable than this and lacks simultaneous BT. So it's up to you which you prefer! This is still a decent headset
Could you make a mic and wireless distance (i.e. other room) comparison for Delta II, BlackShark V2 Pro, Arctis Wireless Pro? Contemplating what to upgrade to
Thanks. Very usefull review! What is the best head set for travel? In you exporience? Anc and 3.5 for airplane? Mic for zoom in noice coffe? Bluetooth. etc. Thanks very, very much
@@GadgetryTech I'll keep an eye out for your video. Considering the high praise it has received, and it's the "low end" ZMF model, I might actually buy it someday.
Hey Joe, I know this is probably a long shot. My maxwells just broke and instead of going for another gaming headset I want to buy open back headphones that are good for gaming also. I don’t play FPS, play on PS5 and would probably pair them with one of the mics you’ve done a video on recently. Would like to stay under 500.
Have you checked the rog theta? 8 speaker drivers virtual bass windows sees it as actual surround not virtual and has stereo mode to switch to 2channel vs 7.1 quite nice, I've used the centurion from Asus' and the strix 7.1(all true surround 7.1 so 10 speaker drivers for centurion and strix) but I loooove them quad DAC of course
Hello! I recently built a new gaming PC and now I´m looking for an update regarding a good headset. I´m currently thinking about: Asus ROG Delta II (currently € 216,-) Audeze Maxwell (currently € 298,-) Turtle Beach Stealth Pro (currently € 239,-) which are all good deals in my opinion. I mostly play Mobas or RPGs, sometimes also FPS games and I am in Discord with my friends most of the time - but I also love to listen to music. I didn´t try any of the headsets, I just watched several videos and read much about wireless headsets. The Delta II seems interesting due to the possibility to change the volume of the 2.4 GHz connection on one side of the headphones and the volume of the bluetooth connection on the other. The further it seems to have a pretty good mic and also a very good overall rating. Before the Delta 2 I had the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 in mind, but the Delta II seems (for me, personally) to be better generally. The Audeze Maxwell seems to me as the headset with the best sound (In this case I can not compare it f.e. with the Delta II). For me the microphone didn´t sound so good + I read about cases where the headset broke. The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro seems also to be a good overall headset with good ratings, but the controls don´t seem to be so smooth like f.e. the Delta 2, and also the sound of microphone didn´t sound so clear to me. But regarding reviews the sound also is very good of this headset. Please let me know if you have other suggestions/meanings - I really would appreciate your opinion 🙂 Thank you and greetings from Austria!
this checks all boxes for me, but price is very high imo, should been 160 170 max. battery is great, a lot of features, here in europe we dont even have those on market yet, im afraid we might even have closer 250 euros with all the crazy taxes.... as always great and honest review, subbed and will follow you weekly, love honest reviews who dont push their or some brand agenda. edit: we got them in europe, its 300 euros.... yeah.... edit: yeah i pulled the trigger, like they say YOLO, and its amazing, everything i wanted from headphones, great sound quality, and battery is stellar. my steelseries arctis 1 wireless with barely 20h battery life can rest now.
@@Amp_Edition not even sure who has this feature tbh, but most headsets are below 200, this should also be same, we pay extra for rog name and rgb sadly
@NostalgicMem0ries there are 1 headset I can think of that has simultaneous bluetooth. SS nova 7, inferior battery, mic, drivers and if you lean forward to pick something up they fall of your head.
@@Amp_Edition so cause only 2 3 headsets have this feature i dont think people care about it much, sound quality and battery life is key for most people, not all are gamers or use it to talk with phone :D
Very different animals. Atlas Air is more comfortable, but only buy a little. The Air lacks all sound isolation, but if you have a quiet room, that's not a big deal. I like a lot of the features on the Delta II more, and the firmware seems to be more reliable. When everything is working as it should, the Atlas Air sounds "better" to me for music, as it sounds more neutral and clear. The bass depth on the Delta II is excellent though
Initially was interested in Maxwell for PS5 and PC, but sadly it's too heavy. Atlas Air being not as loud as it was supposed to is out too so now it's between this and A50X with this one being significantly cheaper. Decisions...
Very hard to find wireless headsets with a mic as good as the HS80s. However the HS80s lack in reliability and tons of people on amazon have reported connection issues. Major drawback for many.
I have the Bang and Olufsen Portal for PS5. I like the clarity, but I like good bass which they don't offer. How's the sound compared to them since you reviewed the Portal a while ago?
I had the Portals on the Xbox but have had the ROG Delta 2's for a few weeks for PS5. They are now my favourite headset. I've literally tried everything, including the Nova Pro wireless, Maxwell's and Logitech G Pro X2. I've even tried the Alienware Pro wireless, which I recently returned. The Delta 2's are easily my favourite. Audio, battery life, comfort, build quality. All top notch. This review encouraged me to give them a shot. I'm so glad I did. The sounds take and directional audio is great too.
I am a fan of ASUS ROG ~ I have collected all series of delta headphones! Now I have changed my track and started buying some brands for professional headphones. For example, I recently bought sennheiser HD620S, and I also bought audeze. Maxwell is a pair of headphones~ I am very hesitant to buy delta II now. I would like to ask you, without considering wired and wireless and various functions, whether delta II beats HD620S and maxwell in terms of sound quality alone. What's the point? Or if I keep the money, there is no need to buy this pair of headphones again?
@@GadgetryTech appreciate it, I’ve owned the HD 560’s & Dt 900 pro X. Sold both a couple months ago I was hoping for good wireless but I think I’m spoiled for good audio now in fps games. Really like the 900 pro X for apex, sound ques were the same as the 560’s but more “fun” to listen too and overall a great experience. Trying to stay cheaper this time around so I guess the HD 560’s w a boom mic is the move!
Thank you for your video! :) I bought this headset today because it seems to offer a really good overall package in the wireless device sector. It also sounds pretty good, so I'm going with that. However, I have a tiny problem with the BassBoost. Yes, it brings more volume and deeper bass - even at level 0 actually - but when I activate this, all sounds have a VERY slight ‘undertone’. Difficult to describe - as if there is a slight ‘wind’ behind the notes. I would be interested to know if anyone else can also perceive this - and whether this is normal with BassBoost here?
Is it atleast possible to adjust the game-to-chat volume in the software settings menu? Since it does not have controls for game-to-chat mix on the headset itself?
Armoury Crate refuses to install for me (I have spent over 3 hours trying to fix it) and I am sad. It won't let me properly enjoy this headset. Also I have found that with both the included cushion options, the clamp force is too low and the headset slightly shifts around, and there are no aftermarket cushions for this thing I believe. Those are two very annoying issues to have that prevent me from properly enjoying it.
That's ME! Happy my efforts mattered!

Anything you can mention about it for gaming thus far? The last day to preorder is tomorrow and I wanna know if I should avoid or buy
@agentshenron review is dropping in minutes. It’s amazing in gaming
Great review, only made my decision between this and the Astro A50 gen5 harder
Great review! Thanks a lot! Love it!
Great review.
Might pick a pair.
My Maxwell are way too heavy for long sessions.
These or the Maxwell????
The temu headset is better
Ty for the review.. I wanna try me out now.
@@MoerkableShould I go for these Delta II or Astro A50x? If I’m on PS5 & PC mostly FPS gaming
@@juandough3960 Delta ll
@@Moerkable Would you say the Asus rog delta 2 is better or worse than the Corsair virtuoso max?
I'm very happy to see Asus getting better and better peripherals. I'm honestly surprised at how well they're doing.
Nice video, would love to see a review/tune for the new Razer Kraken V4, maybe a comparison to the 2023 Blackshark V2 Pro?
Great review, what's your headphone stand?
Nice work brother keep going . Which is better for footsteps in warzone specifically . Astro a50x or this
The sidetone quality has been greatly improved and no longer sounds muffled as of firmware update 00.03.06.00.
Do you think that the asus rog delta 2 is better sounding for fps and just overall sound quality than the mmx 200?
@GadgetryTech Thanks for another great review, Joe. Are you going play the BO6 Beta next week and test the sound and let us know which frequency footsteps will be in???
As a long term Nova 7 user, I can’t justify the price. Yeah it might sound better than the Nova 7 and it definitely has a better mic than the Nova 7, but unless the sound is significantly better than the Nova 7 and has significantly better imaging, I can’t see this selling much
Asus has been aggressively revisiting the peripheral market for that top 2 e-sport spot. One of the best rating their efforts? Yes, please!
How do these compare to the maxwell's for music?
Hi, how does this headset compare to maxwell? cheers from Norway! love ur content.
Thanks for going out side the norm. Great vid as usual.
I think with SS nova 7x being sub $150 every other month and TB stealth pros every other month at $250
Asus priced themselves out here.
looks like it would be good competition for the Nova pro wireless....if it came with a DAC. no dace, no reason to be above 200
Think the TB stealth pros are superior to these by Asus?
@@jeremymartinez6024 for sure
This or audeze maxwell?
That is the question. I have both at the moment. I am testing now. Remind me and I will respond back. One thing to note, after using the Asus, the Maxwell are crazy heavy.
@@MrChadLedford are you done testing? which one bro?
@@antt0023 Man it's tough. If you want lightweight, comfort, and simultaneous audio, the ROG Delta 2 are great. But if you want all out sound quality and immersion the Maxwell are unmatched. Just be careful handling the Maxwell, they can be fragile.
Hows the Delta 2 in Sound ? Is the Bass strong and is the Headset loud? @@MrChadLedford
ordered these, hopefully they fit my head
Great review, thanks a bunch!
Could you please share your final EQ settings? I'm getting mine this week😊
How do you like them? Hear all the details in games? how are the FPS sounding?
This is a very good headset for those that dont want to fiddle with any settings, just plug and play and will have a great experience!
off sound quality would you these are better or cloud iii wireless
I've been using the Asus Rog Delta S Wireless for over a year and the bass was completely lacking. I recently upgraded to the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and I love it. Now you're making me think about going back to Asus🤔
I have the Delta II and the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023)
Even the Delta II won't have the same bass as Blackshark out of the box. But using the bass booster and equalizer I got about the same sound profile as the blackshark. The microphone is also comparable to the blackshark
The Delta II shines in the fact I can play both bluetooth and 2.4 ghz simultaneously.
@@Bmac4863 had mine for a year and no issues so far
They also have another new model, the ROG Pelta. It seems to use the same mic. I wonder how close it sounds to this.
Is there any audio degredation when in bluetooth mode compared to 2.4ghz via donge ? I'm talking about general sound quality when listening to music and also how the mic sounds.
Pretty good sounding mic!
I think the "perfect voice" setting that Joe said he doesn't use actually makes the mic sound slightly better.
Indeed!
When will this be available to purchase
Is is better than the Audeze Maxwell? maxwell kinda lacked in bass for me atleast and maximum volume provided
Great review. Love to see your sub count higher as well. Guys I'll have to give these a try
I’m going to ask before watching the video. This or the audeze Maxwell?
Maxwell sounds better for sure. This is more comfortable though, and still sounds pretty good, all things considered. Up to you if it's worth the price increase to you or not
Audeze maxwell please I've bought mine since day one regret buying them there too too too heavy for every usage mine been sitting in my closet for 6 months don't even bother picking up astro a50x or the sony h9 wireless that's what I been using stay safe and happy gaming to all
Do you prefer this headset or Nova Pro?
nova pro
Do a review on the Sennheiser HD6xx
I can't find anything on their other new headset the ROG Pelta. I'm curious to compare these.
i am confused rn because i think that mic of this pair is actually better than razer blackshark v2 pro. It has warmer sound in your voice. I used another video of yours where you compared razer hyperspeed and v2 to check again and sound was a little bit more clear on hyperspeed too for me... What do you think?
is the settings on armory crate will be saved in the headset?
Great review. Any significant differences in volume when using the dongle on PC vs PS5? I noticed on the Atlas Air, the volume didn't get loud enough for my preference when connected to a PS5.
These get more than loud enough on both platforms to where I cannot max out the volume. Any time it hits an uncomfortable level, I typically don't mention it. Sorry for not bringing that up!!
I recommend you try out the JBL Quantum 910 (with bass boost profile + DTS Headphone X enabled in the Quantum software).
If u were choosing between this headset and the audeze maxwell which would u choose?
Maxwell is the best sounding headset made, but it's less comfortable than this and lacks simultaneous BT. So it's up to you which you prefer! This is still a decent headset
@GadgetryTech thank you, one last question does the maxwell get louder then the penrose
Bluetooth. etc. Thanks very, very much
Are you going to review the ZMF Bokeh? I've heard good things about it.
yes I plan on it! I have one here. Been trying to juggle a lot of new products but the Bokeh is on the short list. Hoping in the next week or two?
@@GadgetryTech I'll keep an eye out for your video. Considering the high praise it has received, and it's the "low end" ZMF model, I might actually buy it someday.
when will they release this in india ?
Hey Joe, I know this is probably a long shot. My maxwells just broke and instead of going for another gaming headset I want to buy open back headphones that are good for gaming also. I don’t play FPS, play on PS5 and would probably pair them with one of the mics you’ve done a video on recently. Would like to stay under 500.
Aune AR5000 + Meze Boom Mic is a match made in heaven. Easily one of the best setups under $500!

The citizens of Trianglearistan can finally rejoice.
I´m currently thinking about:
Asus ROG Delta II (currently € 216,-)
Audeze Maxwell (currently € 298,-)
Turtle Beach Stealth Pro (currently € 239,-)
which are all good deals in my opinion.
Please let me know if you have other suggestions/meanings - I really would appreciate your opinion 🙂
Thank you and greetings from Austria!
Can you do a review of the Hyperev gaming router?
Look at the size of those ear pads!
this checks all boxes for me, but price is very high imo, should been 160 170 max. battery is great, a lot of features, here in europe we dont even have those on market yet, im afraid we might even have closer 250 euros with all the crazy taxes.... as always great and honest review, subbed and will follow you weekly, love honest reviews who dont push their or some brand agenda.
edit: we got them in europe, its 300 euros.... yeah....
edit: yeah i pulled the trigger, like they say YOLO, and its amazing, everything i wanted from headphones, great sound quality, and battery is stellar. my steelseries arctis 1 wireless with barely 20h battery life can rest now.
Still cheaper than other headsets with simultaneous bluetooth if you think about it.
@@Amp_Edition so cause only 2 3 headsets have this feature i dont think people care about it much, sound quality and battery life is key for most people, not all are gamers or use it to talk with phone :D
better than atlas air soundwise ?
Does the custom EQ work with 3.5 mm wired mode or is it default EQ only? Some headsets require wireless mode to use custom EQ modes.
How would it compare to something cheaper like Atlas Air?
Same, a50x or this?
What would be the best headset that you would recommend for footsteps and better noice quality at any price range for Warzone on pc?
I really like the design but the microphone sounds is not clear. is lacking high-end is not clear like Corsair HS80.
Excellent review
Would you say this sounds better than the Astro a50s
I am a fan of ASUS ROG ~ I have collected all series of delta headphones! Now I have changed my track and started buying some brands for professional headphones. For example, I recently bought sennheiser HD620S, and I also bought audeze. Maxwell is a pair of headphones~ I am very hesitant to buy delta II now. I would like to ask you, without considering wired and wireless and various functions, whether delta II beats HD620S and maxwell in terms of sound quality alone. What's the point? Or if I keep the money, there is no need to buy this pair of headphones again?
None of the “gaming” audio stuff will beat out your 620s. Audiophile headphones in general will trump out over gaming headsets in audio.
For apex legends hd560’s , MMX300 pro’s , Maxwell, or this?? Objectively footsteps and sounds cues only?
560S if you don't need a mic
@@GadgetryTech appreciate it, I’ve owned the HD 560’s & Dt 900 pro X. Sold both a couple months ago I was hoping for good wireless but I think I’m spoiled for good audio now in fps games. Really like the 900 pro X for apex, sound ques were the same as the 560’s but more “fun” to listen too and overall a great experience. Trying to stay cheaper this time around so I guess the HD 560’s w a boom mic is the move!
THANK YOU! but what Bluetooth version is it? I need to know if BT has any lag when watching YT connected to phone (I have S24ultra)
No storage case included?
Does it sound better than Audeze Maxwell?
Thank you for your video! :) I bought this headset today because it seems to offer a really good overall package in the wireless device sector.
It also sounds pretty good, so I'm going with that. However, I have a tiny problem with the BassBoost. Yes, it brings more volume and deeper bass - even at level 0 actually - but when I activate this, all sounds have a VERY slight ‘undertone’. Difficult to describe - as if there is a slight ‘wind’ behind the notes.
I would be interested to know if anyone else can also perceive this - and whether this is normal with BassBoost here?
Will this work on xbox series x?
Is it atleast possible to adjust the game-to-chat volume in the software settings menu? Since it does not have controls for game-to-chat mix on the headset itself?
Armoury Crate refuses to install for me (I have spent over 3 hours trying to fix it) and I am sad. It won't let me properly enjoy this headset. Also I have found that with both the included cushion options, the clamp force is too low and the headset slightly shifts around, and there are no aftermarket cushions for this thing I believe. Those are two very annoying issues to have that prevent me from properly enjoying it.
Delta 2 or arctis pro ? please
How does this headset compare to Audeze Maxwells or other top tier headset?
I'm also curious about this. If there is not much difference between Maxwell and Delta II, I can save some bucks and buy Delta II
