Bought this headset last month, nothing but issues. I’m not sure if it’s he armoury crate or the headset itself. Sometimes the audio doesn’t work, most of the time the mic either doesn’t work at all or is all static. I cannot get the microphone to work now. Not sure what to do. Shame because it’s a nice looking headset with good sound quality and it’s very comfortable. So I sent these back to ASUS, apparently they were defective and they sent me a new pair. New pair worked right off the bat.

Horrible product don't buy i'm sending these back and asking for a refund this is bull sh.t... should have 2 rgb modes but now it only shows rainbow colours on both modes so weird and pc's don't see the headset anymore.
Hi the video is so informative ! but i have question like what would you recommend a gaming headset for a glass wearer and summer country people ( avoid RGB) . Hope can get your helps,, thanks XD
To be honest I'm quite disappointed after using the ROG Delta S for weeks now. The design, ergonomics and headphones are really great. The adjustable RGB effects are awesome too. What's the problem then? You guessed right: The microphone. I'm sorry, but I could just have bought headphones instead. A headset is a communication tool, one of the main priorities is an audio input quality which could at least be considered as okay. No matter which settings I use or don't use in Armoury, the microphone quality is ridiculous. It swallows whole syllables, I was happy to actually hear single words properly in my recordings. I'm either doing something very wrong, which I don't think is the case, or I'd definitely not recommend buying this 200€/$ headset, if you want to properly communicate with others online. (I did update all drivers and am doing so on a regular basis)
For me the Delta S Microhone is really nice for me. Its not something for streaming, but its good enough to understand you very clear while you are Gaming.
Don't buy it, many people complain about the mic not working properly. My friends often don't hear what i'm saying cause the mic doesn't pick up what i'm saying or it sounds really faint. This has been an issue for years and they haven't fixed it yet
Hey, I bought an Elgato wave 3 yesterday and I'm looking for some good sound tho. My budget ist 300$ and I only want to play games (almost everything AAA - esports games) with that thing. I can't decide between an Rog Delta S or an Vrtuoso Xt. Can anyone help?
Hmm try this, when you plug in the headset to your pc/laptop, a notification pops up to read your headset. Instead of applying it as a headset, apply it as a headphone. This worked for me when my mic didn't work one time.
Hey I'm a big fan and wanted some advice on some headsets, I've spent the last two days looking at so many headsets and just can't make my mind up. I'd really appreciate a suggestion for a headset for 150 and under but with a great mic, please help me XD
You should get a PC37x from sennheiser. They are open back so they have a larger soundstage and the sound quality is good for a gaming headset. it's around 130.
@@p.balazs I would absolutely love the Gundam Delta headphones but won't buy them because they're not very good, especially for $170.
