Amazing build! I am surprised about how many different solutions you can come up with for doing the same type of camping. There are a lot of great minds out there coming up with some really nifty builds.
Awesome set up. Loved the little smirk on Ronnie’s face when Aaron went with the old obligatory “only for recovering other vehicles out of trouble” line 😂👌 The sleeping arrangement is great. Very clever. Seems like a legend of a bloke and a well thought out set-up. Congratulations Aaron. Gave me some things to think about for planning my 300 series chop 👍
I built 3 of these in the UK you ask the question is it stable,we have to type approval all heavy mods, the lane change test at speed also referred to as elk test 10kph higher than standard 200 was achieved, the slalom test for 200 is normally around 12.5s the 650mm extension achieved sub 12s all in all a far more stable platform than the OEM 200 however we did fit bilsteins adjustable front and rear a lovely piece of kit, the old wheel arch tool boxes can be converted to a full width pull out drawer.
This guys 200 is epic. The sleeping quarters at first were questionable. But realised after everything folds out that its one of the best solutions created. Well done to the chap for being so creative. R. Dahl please review a TUNDRA next. If not already done so. 👌🏽👍🏽 Thanks for another awesome video 📹
Top 3 off your mod series Ronny. That bloke with his ideas for his 200 series (and yes I want the Tundra as well) has given me so many ideas on how I can change things up on my 200. Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing
When I saw the title of the video I thought I would hate the look. But this looks absolutely amazing. And so much thought as been put into making it all as functional in the real world as possible. Fantastic work!!!
The sleeping arrangement is spot on. So much storage is taken up with tents, swags, doonas etc. May as well make the bed permanently and be done. Good job.
G day Ronny, Absolute nice build. Interesting build, looks all top notch build. Would take it of Aron in a blink of an eye if he changes his mind and to sale it off. Who goes for a brand new car and to chop it in half and build a rig like that has my honest respect. Beautiful tourer…. Happy traveling… Cheers
very well done 200 sleep in that car is awesome not a sloppy tent what cause backpain but a full nice good bed🥳😃 love this entire setup of this beautyful car
He likes to think outside the box. Ironic that he sleeps inside it (the box) 😂 It’d be good to get those lights off the front to take load off the cooling system having to cycle so much.
Hi Ronny do you have any close ups of the canvas work ie, how it attached to the door and floor.as we are looking at doing the same , if you can help that would be great
Guys isn't there any option for a reduction gear ratio on the differentials for the 200 series in Australia? best option for bigger tires, don't you think?
@@excessivefishingaustralia2849I was thinking the same but a ram 2500 has solid front ,so would be better of road wouldn't it.are these more reliable than the American trucks ? Beautiful build 😍
@@tomtao4266 Thankyou, you wouldn’t be able to physically get a RAM 2500 where we take this vehicle due to the size of the 2500, although I do love the big yanky trucks, having previously had 3x f250s and a 2017 tundra TRD pro🍻
Sleeping setup was interesting, but do the dogs go in that area and on top of the mattress, or the mattress is removed when they are on board? In other words, is it dogs vs. sleeping in the camper? :) Fridge was nice too. This was the first time I saw this type of fridge being used for camping. Also interesting that lights in the front do not cause any overheating problems when usually people avoid that type of setup.
Haha mate I don’t care if it does or doesn’t just don’t tell the entire internet that it’s doesn’t and draw attention to it and potentially cause a beginner trap for people who have no idea.

@@LionRunner Yeh you cant go past the Twin turbo diesels huge torque, but I do love the 5.7 petrol v8 in the tundra, powerful and super smooth with good torque for a petrol:)
Sack the audio man Ronny😆 at 2 mins, bit of an overlap. No biggie though. Some machine 😍
I was scratching my head on this one too… 🤔

Do they have Tundras in Ausland?
@@KiyaWarrior the owner of the 200 said he had a tundra. So it may be an imported tundra. Not sure.

This has to be the very best build I found for the Land Cruiser 200 series. And believe me, I have seen a lot.
Yes the 'Modified' intro is back!! Awesome rig with unique features🤤🤤
Absolute unit of a 200 big fan when I saw it at the Mandurah show last year so much work has gone into this big rig! Owners a legend to
Love seeing different chops. Sleeping in the canopy! Legend

Crazy, that looks expensive!
Awesome build, great work and the canopy is next level. Enjoy!
Absolutely awesome build! One of my favorites so far.
This guy is smart thinking.
Good choice on this one Ronny!
I love to see innovation and something different. That canopy bed is slick!
absolute mint canopy. I'm probably going to steal the idea for my truck!

hey ronny, love the video , also note (the editor) the bullbar section has overlapping audio from the suspension section
Yep the ultimate rig for touring and quality canopy set up and build by SAMs.
love the old music
Awesome setup
i refreshed my page 4 times
BEAUTIFUL!
As someone that has a full canvas canopy i dig the sleeping setup i would actually consider that if i purchased a metal canopy
amazing yet sensible build
What a lucky fella, seems like a genuine good bloke too. Awesome vehicle. Amazing sleeping set up.
The harder you work, the luckier you get!

It’d be good to get those lights off the front to take load off the cooling system having to cycle so much.
Put a strap loop around your fridge shelves and screw it too the back wall stops your draws sliding out 👍
By far the best 200 I’ve ever seen.
Ronny in full pervert mode @11:03 🤣
I loved the antenna placement, my misso complaints about it being right in front of her haha
The exhaust note is 👌
Audio is stuffed Ronny, conversation under main audio 🥴
Tested on 2 devices, App, website and FB embedded: Bar Work Section
I think puting the cost in would top these reviews off
Trouble with that mate is itd take a lot of time to chase up prices on whats been done.

Supercheap did a bottom emptying bin bag 10 years ago, really surprised its not a standard thing, no one wants to be taking a bin bag off to empty it
Love the new vid!
The bedding is really a great thought out of the box #exsessive @Ronny nice content

great video for some reason the voices are echoing at the Barwork exterior
Wow. Nice build. !!!!
id have a beer with this guy!
Lucky they cut the chassis with a grinder 😂 who was holding the beer 🍺
Give Stainless Alloy Manufacturing in Mandurah a heads up Ronny. A great canopy and bodywork builder.
Definitely agree, somehow their plug got edited out of the final cut🤷♂️🤦♂️
i only subscribed because of the handshake
Need to know where he got those storage pouches on the fridge
I like the bed idea.
What a weapon, the bed set up is genius
Is there something up with the audio in the barwork section or is it my laptop? Sounds like Ronny talking over Ronny 😂 (starts about 2:17...)
was wondering the same. i thought there was something off with my headphones 😅

Dang I wish we had Canopy Conversions in the states.
Will you do a landcruiser 105 for you next modified
That canopy bed is the best! Having a ute tray/canopy i just chuck the swag on the tray ahah 👌
incredible!!

Sleeping setup is awsome, is he related to Torbs?😅
Amazing built! I honestly find it way excessive.
Absolutely agree 100%

Ok Ronny, was that a whaleshark oven mitt from Exmouth I spotted at the beginning? Nice vid as always.
Your onto it:)
Can hear two voices on top of each other
Filming two things at once lol can hear torbs in the background
Unichip would be the go to change tune on the fly
Yeh no need to change tune on the fly, very happy with the Richard’s A/E tune, tho unichip would be my choice if I was to go that way👌

Would reducing the rear springs from 600kg reduce your GVM technically?
Very cool. Is there a reason the interior of the cabin was not shown?
