This looked so good! We usually don't add radish to the makki atta so the dough is quite soft. We just flatten it with hand on a muslin cloth and pat it with a bit of warm water. One can even add some salt and red chilli powder to the dough if they prefer a little spice. So many variations to this classic Punjabi dish ❤

Maine yeh recipe 2 saal phele dekhi thi and over time maine jo change kiye chote chote... jisse mujhe aur accha laga was... last wale tadke mai 2 sukhi laal mich... aur amul butter❤... aur makke ki roti mai muli ke jagah gajar use kiya aur 1 table spoon maida to make it easy... 😅
