Thank you so much sister for such great recipe/trick, I am Body Builder, When I use to lean my body I start vegetarian protein & gluten free diet , My wife show this recipe and started making Corn Roti like this since month or so, I can eat as much as I want and still manage to gain lean muscle, Now I am 100% vegetarian and feels great (proper Corn Roti was missing link on enjoying Indian food diet)
Tips:- I still don't eat any deep fried or Oil rich food
Very effective to keep high blood sugar under control.
