Hendrix had all the bases and 'cred' covered. All that time playing with and being in those pre experience bands, Little Richard, Wilson Pickett (much more). Worshipping Muddy, Buddy Guy etc and learning from them. Then there's the guitar brilliance. The British guys had MONSTER respect for Hendrix right from the word go.

Fifty years after first listening to hendrix this is the first time i've heard this and i think its better than the other stuff hes best known for
