in my opinion the social media needs more of these videos instead of the newest out of the factory bikes review. these bikes are the pioneer of modern bikes and shown some tlc to show everyone how to get into restorations and keeping these beauts alive.
looking to buy myself the same bike, a cbr 600 f4 (2000 model) seen some good revieuws on it, comfortable, sporty enough, enough power, cheap and reliable. looking forward to the next video
4:29 "Right, we're going to take these wanky bits off now...", hopefully the restore is for Ben to ride or there'll be another large wanky bit needing removed! LOL [Sorry Chin, i couldn't resist! LOL]
@@chinmanrides Kind of been lurking in the background on this channel but because i know nothing about Italian bikes i let it skip me by... geart shift is on the wrong side for a start... British bike lovers will be screaming at me now! LOL I was a despatch rider in the very late 80's into the 90's and rode a new Kawasaki GPX750R (F3) for a living for 6 years that i absolutely loved riding... the despatch controller at the time thought i was crazy for even wanting to use it as a workhorse but when another rider applied for a job on a nearly new CBR600 he soon realised that the days of Kawasaki GT550's and Honda CX500's were a thing of the past lol As an aside, i got my full motorcycle licence back in 1984 (you'd be a twinkle in Choo's eye back then lol) and only hung up my helmet about 9 or 10 years ago when i needed to wear glasses... i just didn't feel safe in amongst all the crazy car drivers without clear peripheral vision that the frame from the glasses blocks out.
Just for future reference these bikes in Germany with nonproblems under 40000km and 2 year mot are 1800-2k € , so you defo over payed 😅😅 that bike as it sits is worth no more than 900£

That’s exactly what I was thinking, I could find any mordern reviews of any of the “cheap” bikes now, so though it would be helpful
Smiled all the way through - made my night. Look forward to the coming fuck-ups and inevitable swearing. Subscribed!
Thanks 😊
I recently restored a 94 f2. Totally stupid. $4000 on a bike maybe worth $2000. But I love it
That’s what I’m planning to do 😂😂
You got your pants pulled down 😂
I had exactly the same bike, I bought it brand new from the best Bike shop in Blackpool that is now closed lol
That’s a classic story I hear, it’s such a shame to hear about bike shops closing. How was it brand new?

😂 because that has no relevance here, like probably the most pointless thing I’ve read 😂
