Alright guy. I'll explain the reason for my thumbs down on this. I feel like you misinterpreted both movies and don't know what you're talking about. First thing's first, Lacey isn't the angel of death and exclaimed her true name was Lilith. Revealing that she was the first woman created by God and is the mother of all monsters. As one of the prior commenters mentioned, there's a theory that we were born with wings. Lilith goes on to explaining she had a child which, if you watched the first movie, would make complete sense. The actor Henry Rollins reveals that he is in the Bible and they called him Cain, which in turn would mean he is Lilith's son. Able being the son to Eve and Adam. In the last scene to the second film it seems an angel has come with a proposition to Mr Godfrey. The reason we can tell he is an angel because of the scriptures in the Bible foretelling an messenger angel coming down from heaven to relay the world would be ending soon. By the end of the movie you see four bikes by Lacey's hideout. Representing the 4 horsemen.

Man Rollins is a badass. From the title as well, and the cover I would have expected horror. Thanks for all these reviews in conjunction with CIFF!

It’s almost The Crow type film horror anti hero vibe , Henry Rollins version stayed with me not the best film in this genre but definitely good

@@joshwrb yeah it’s on Netflix definitely the best one of the two just more authentic and gritty, kind of a Eli Roth feel to it, wonder why Rollins didn’t come back for 2 , hopefully they will make a 3rd film with the both of them

You seem like a nice guy. Your production is put together well. You are presentable, warm, and disarming (yes, there is a but, and I hope you don’t feel like it negates the aforementioned compliments)…..
BUT, you talk like you are watching “escape from LA” and haven’t even heard of “escape from NY”. Even then, the first movie was made for Henry Rollins. Small budget, depressed Cain, wanting to die but death and God is punishing him for his actions. He’s cursed to eat ppl and not die. He hates it, but he’s lived so damn long that he can’t really muster hating it.
Complicated, funny, original. Then they did this. I haven’t watched it, and I’m not sure I want to. It’s RC cola, squirt, and cheese nips all rolled into one. Just the stills of it and the trailer suck ass.
So, using THIS movie as a starting point is an insult. Purge it from your brain and watch the only one.
lol. I do know about escape from NY but when making videos like this in the past I just talked off the top of my head and in the end look like I only half know what i'm talking about. I guess if I ever make a video again I will have some notes first.

OK I ve seen the movie out of boredom and I didn't really like it, I came for other ppl S opinions about this because I don't really understand wth I watched but I really don't understand what is funny in this whole movie. For me it just seemed too long, nothing really happened, I don't understand how the characters developed friendships out of nowhere for no reason with a creature who eats humans practically, like,no one would be friends or at least be able to look at someone sho eats fucking humans, bad or good humans, still not okay
They damaged the series by completely leaving out Caine it just feels like they just tried to just make the first movie with a female lead like I’m pretty sure everyone wanted to see more of Caine and his story everyone loved Henry Rollins acting and we get some random chick that has nothing to do with the first movie like where is the connection u don’t get to see Caine he has nothing to do with movie if they wanted to introduce more to the story it should of been something involving Caine like this could of been done way better I bet this was a sorry attempt to attract the sjw type 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

He Never Died is supposed to be a dark comedy (which I loved greatly). I would hope the sequel is similar haha. Thank you for the review I am going to watch it now.
