Looking at this build all I can think of is Black Mask from Batman! Very dapper, but maybe a little evil inside? Excellent work, as always and the 3D printed skull itself is of an amazing quality!
So I salvaged an old broken desk lamp that has the hinged neck and I bought an iPhone mount and attached it where the lamp was. I position it above my hands about head high so I can still see what I’m working on. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Hope that helps.😃

Great question, I’m not sure but it may do the same thing. The jelly gives a nice barrier from the hot glue and the neck joint. If you give it a try with the baby oil I would love to know if it works. Have a great day.

petroleum jelly seems extreme. would an oil like baby oil work or is there a concern for plasticizers interaction or discoloring?
