    Really enjoyed the series you just finished. Great job and unique use of green screen. Well done. My family and I will be down to visit Skip and tour TV the end of July. Maybe we will run into you two and have a talk, or even a mini collab video, if you are interested, and we can all find the time together. :-) Keep up the great work. Looking forward to your new episodes. Have a great day.

    Watched this again today after the news this week from the developer about Eastport and the Central Lake area. You made lots of good predictions!! We are about 1-2 years away from moving there so I'm eyeballing these up and coming areas with great interest. :)

    Hi Dave & Brenda.....as others have already commented....what an awesome job and use of technology showing us the possibilities for the "future" of the Villages. Your special affects showing us the land topology and roadways really provided that orientation of where the new development is planned relative to the existing developments and villages. My wife and I are in the midwest just outside of Kansas City Mo. We both turn 62 this year and have really started looking a different regions of the country looking for a place to retire. We have been awestruck with lifestyle presented at this community of villages. Finding your channel has sure provided solid justification that this place is truly special. We have loved your 5 part series....and this was just the icing on the cake. We're a couple years away from making a move, so this future view is particularly relevant to us....and very exciting I might add. You guys are very good at this....keep'em coming. Deb and I are eagerly awaiting every new release. A lifestyle visit is definitely in our future. Hope to meet you sometime.....take care!!

    New Sub! Terrific content! As someone who has difficulty conceptualizing a home site vs square feet of dirt; the drone views with ground views and your map-making skills are so helpful. Also appreciate the narratives you both provide.

    Amazing video. Green Screen? Great to see it in action for domestic use. Really informative. The only thing I you didn't mention is the proposed 4th town. Now you've set the bar really looking forward to seeing how you raise it :-) Posted to Chitty Chatty Residents Facebook Page.

      Thank you! Let me know if you have seen any info on a 4th town square. I have not seeing any official mention of an additional square, only speculation from residents. Nothing written or from a reliable source. The green screen has been fun to play with. Thanks for watching!

    Very interesting information as The Villages continues to expand south. If you could gaze into your crystal ball, how many more years of home construction are in the future? My guess is for another 9 years at least, which would mean 2030....and maybe beyond that. I think the construction people will be staying busy in The Villages for quite some time to come.

      I don't see it slowing down any time soon. In my opinion it looks like homes are selling faster and the demand is high. Thanks for watching!

    Thank you for another great video. I think the green blob at 1:54 that shows future Villages development goes way too far west (over the prison and quarries), and not far enough south. They also own the land between the turnpike and the nature preserve from St. Catherine all the way down to 470. I’m a little confused about the development you show at the end. I thought you were driving west on 470, which means that work was north of 470, but I thought The Villages only owns south of the current 470 in that area. That was most likely Villages work though - was I flipped upside down? Overall, a fantastic video though - I loved the aerial video and the overlays you did with the roads and future development areas.

      Ah, you were driving east. Now it makes sense. Thanks again!

    • @ExploringTheVillagesFlorida
      @ExploringTheVillagesFlorida  3 года назад +3

      Thank you. Yes, the green blob was drawn a little too far west . We purposely didn't go farther south since we have not seen anything from the developer on what that will look like. We were trying to VERY roughly cover the area that has a general development plan, not all of the land they have purchased. We had a lot of fun learning some new effects in this video. We definitely need some practice! Thanks for watching!

    Why test the ground for gold when the homesites are selling for platinum prices.
