    I love this!! I have a reformer with five springs that provide about 11lbs of resistance each. What would the equivalent be here for “red/heavy?” Thank you!

      I like it a lot more than a studio reformer! I used to only work on studio reformers, and then moved to a studio with allegro 2’s and I wouldn’t go back.

      This is a balanced body allegro 2, I absolutely love this reformer! This is my top pick!
