      thank you! it’s a 7 inch springform pan. you can find similar one on amazon.

    Do i have to let it sit in the fridge overnight?

      It's best to let it sit in the fridge overnight for better flavor and texture, but you can definitely try baking it on the same day. Just make sure to let the dough rise/proof until it is doubled in volume and slightly above your mold. This may take a few hours because panettone dough is very rich.

      I used a non stick pan so no need to grease the pan.
