You put the bar in place 1st then the chain round it ,this machine you put the chain in please 1st then put the bar in ,any reason why ?

There was no particular reason as such, it is whatever I found easier at the time!
As long as the chain is on safely - its all good!
How can you reset the chain break if you've triggered it with it off the saw.?
The black hand guard can be moved back into place - this frees the chain break
