I use this and have tried bottles and neti pots too it is by far the best device out there neti pots are junk they direct the flow to the ears when you tilt your head and is a pain in the neck literally and squeeze bottles are like a fire hose up your nose when you squeeze hard if you are into that but dangerous not to mention you can aspirate infection back into the bottle. This thing is fully adjustable so you can make it as low or high as you want and is much more effective at clearing out all the gunk than anything else I have tried. My insurance paid all but 20 bucks so it was well worth it but would have gladly paid twice as much for the relief I get. I would recommend it to anyone who is suffering from allergies and sinus problems. Good unboxing video.
@Victorious Unboxer, What do you mean by a bigger water tank?. It's already 800 ML-the biggest you can find ever. About being cheaper, true; perhaps instead of $170 buck, lower it by 50% to $130 buck. Also, they just made a cordless Sinupulse Traveler 280ML for the cordless version and have a wave mode, which is so cool!. This is the top-ranking machine simply with the only sinusrinse that has pulsating out there. For the thing to go to your ears, I suggest you do it right by using it on a sinus rinse. Or, go to the ENT doctor and tell them about your case: that every time you use sinus rinse water, it goes to the ear, and you become temporarily deaf. It might have something to do with your medical condition!

I never knew a nose jet wash was a thing until this... At first I thought it was a water ionizer but boy was I in for a shock.
