10:45 slow-mo torment wave really caught me off guard and made me laugh; I've never done that before. And the way it just gets back to zooming after a bit is too good.
Note for Oberon: The fields from hallowed Reckoning count as being killed by reckoning, and overlapping fields give overlapping instances of damage. So combine with a grouping tool and you get a more stable way of generating health orbs, which gives him a way to better buffer against burst damage. The biggest issue is Oberon already wants a full umbral set, you need to subsume on a grouping tool, plus he wants arcane energize to help shore up energy use from ability spam. Oberon is a VER Yexpensive date.
I don't believe Oberon needs a full Umbral set to be viable. Since the adjustment to his Armor strip, it's less necessary. As for the grouping tool, Magus Anomaly & Exodia Hunt work great to get enemies within CC range without needing to subsume a CC ability. Rather, subsume Spectrosiphon onto Oberon to solve the energy problem. Blood for Energy is a good recommend since it's 50% chance on Parazon kill and enemies hit with Reckoning are Blinded and open for finishers. If you use a Finisher kill you also could use Arcane Ultimatum for a ton of Armor (+1200 Armor). Hallowed Reckoning's Quadratic Damage potential really opens Oberon up for nuking large groups. It's a shame I have not been able to play since August, but I can't wait to get back in on the fun. Cheers
I found health orbs are drastically easier to get when you use the synth set stuff on your panzer, especially with equilibrium as well. I honestly think the arcane works fine on any frame with those things in place.
There is 1 use case for Primary Frostbite: Cedo with an external primer. Cedo can get a lot of base damage from its passive and from Galvanized Aptitude, making the Steel Path arcanes much less effective. It also has decent enough crit stats to utilize the crit damage bonus.
@@whathuh6965 "Cedo with an external primer" means "a build with Cedo built exclusively for damage, sourcing the status effects to buff it from a melee weapon or an ability". It's a very narrow use case
This is a niche use, but arcane blessing can be useful when levelling up a new frame in SO. The stacks persist between rounds, so you can stack up health quickly in the first couple rounds and survive a lot more easily in later rounds.
I think you're underselling Frostbite (and Voltage). While you bring up Galvanized Chamber, I did not hear any mention of Galvanized Aptitude which not only provides a potentially higher base damage bonus than Serration, but also synergizes better with Frostbite since multishot isn't just more damage but also more procs and that feeds into the CO effect. Also, you dismiss the critical damage boost on Frostbite but it's still 55% more critical damage over just using Vital Sense so if your weapon has a high crit chance, it can definitely boost your damage by a lot. My napkin math says that 27% more multishot and 55% more crit damage can get me over 90% more damage on a weapon with decent crit, which may not be 136% but not bad at all. Lastly, while all stacks dropping at once IS annoying, they last 12s and you can get procs from any source to keep it up, and not being tied to kills also means it works on bosses. Voltage is a bit harder to sell as it's other stat is reload speed which is... not great. But secondary base damage mods have higher values, while the steel path arcanes are identical to primary versions, so there's that. I'd rather use Flare over both, though. Or the crit arcanes. Also, you mention Chroma as source of base damage, but there's actually quite a few effects that can provide base damage, like Shooting Gallery, several augments and a whole bunch of Warframe Arcanes like the one you covered at the start of this very video. Steel Path arcanes may still come out ahead in most situations, but I'm definitely farming Frostbite and Voltage and I expect to get a lot of use out of them on appropriate weapons.
Of these four, blessing is the only arcane I've actually included in a few loadouts. It's most useful in endless missions, and so frames that are common picks for those types of mission are the ones I considered using it on. Nekros is maybe the most obvious, a staple for endless farms, and blessing makes it a lot easier to keep him around. The other frame I use it on is actually nova. With 18 stars and adaptation, nova can get very high DR, and blessing increases nova's health to a very good level, allowing her to survive better later into endless runs.
A primary frostbite note for frost: avalanche doesn't proc it, and while snowball can it isn't worth the energy, but ice wave can max it out instantly against steel path density mobs. I've been using ice wave impedance with a cedo for many explosions and nigh-unassailable castling. Inefficient overkill when used with biting frost, but it is kind of funny.
hey for arcane blessing you forget to mention pet assist grant many orbs , i actualy use the combo health convertion + arcane blessing with a basic panzer synth set, it actualy make some warframe very more confortable to play on base steelpath ! we can finaly have a no shieldgating build for early steelpath. combine with equilibrium and Hunter recovery and you have a pretty all in one setup for every warframe ;)
Panzer Vulp with Synth Deconstruct will generate a bunch of health orbs. Each enemy attacked by the panzer will have a 25% chance to force drop a health orb when killed.
Im surprised to see you missed out mentioning arcane arachne when comparing warframe arcanes that provice a damage boost. The act]ivation conditions for arachne is super simple with just a simple wall latch and then last for 30 seconds. its only a 150% damage bonus but its basically free.
That's actually a big one, I think most people have forgotten about it. It's free, guaranteed, lasts a comfy 30 seconds, AND it actually Scales some abilities up, ans I think it double dips on exodia contagion. I guess the trade off is how you want to play; arachne basically triggers by doing an extra action that might otherwise interrupt gun gameplay, while blessing triggers constantly (and I think refreshable) and goes along smoothly with gunplay.
The bit about arcanes frostbite & voltage is largely incorrect. Gundition overload exists and makes hybrid builds perform really well, as generally it is an additive damage bonus it compete with the 360%dmg arcanes. Calculating the actual difference is a bit diffucult and not too consistent as it's depended on the number of unique procs. But once you have a few of those, extra ms and cd become quite alluring, a bit less so in case of voltage but should still be a factor.
Arcane blessing was such an easy slot on melee tank Voruna. I'm running mostly survivability mods and then stretch and primed continuity. Everything else is just buffing her health and armour. But the extra health from blessing really helps with stacking adaptation and health conversion. I did a 2 hour solo kuva SP survival today and she had almost no issues except I got stuck in the middle of about 4 leach bombards. Got downed once but was able to build back in just a few seconds.
I really disagree with a couple of points in this video. Frostbite is useful in cases where you naturally hit a DPS cap on DR enemies, but multishot or crit damage bypasses that cap, such as Acolytes and Archons. The damage differential on more base damage in such cases would be 0, but the damage differential for CD or multishot can be nonzero. With how strong weapons are now, stacking Blessing with Grace is actually hugely beneficial for longer runs. Also factor in armour shards giving you an additional 3.5x nominal HP on top of existing armour and it's quite valuable for hugely extending the viable level range for health tanks. You also didn't mention the synergy between Viral Quills and Synth Deconstruct, which easily spreads over a map to produce 25% health orb rate per enemy (in addition to healing you, very useful for health tanks). In fact, with the way survivability sources mostly stack multiplicatively, it's worth discussing how much doubling your health or more lets you extend long endless runs.
Really informative video as always- but i feel like you missed something incredibly relevant to Arcane Blessing. With the exception of resource or affinity farming in which case you'd use a Smeeta Kavat, pretty much everyone is running a Panzer Vulpaphyla nowadays. Pretty much everyone is _also_ running the whole Viral Quills/Synth mod setup. This is important in the case of Arcane Blessing for multiple reasons: -Synth Deconstruct applies to all enemies affected by viral quills, allowing any frame to reach max stacks after killing on average 200 enemies that were affected by the quills (less if you count the random orb drops on top of that too). -Synth Fiber is relevant to the setup as it allows you to pick up those orbs without having to receive health damage. Though this mod can be run on any companion to the same effect.
Another use case for the arcane blessing is if you want to use a smeeta kavat in a long endurance run. If you play a frame with good armor or the umbral set with some archon shards on for armor you can give the kavat link armor and link health to keep it alive for a very long time as an example. I use oberon with arcane blessing and a full umbral set and 5 archon shards for power strength and in steel path i have gone 2 hours and never seen my pet die. It does get like 5k health with this set up and you can put the kavat survivability mods on to further enhance this. Edit: This is just in the case of wanting to keep your pet alive for extended periods of time as stated by kengineer blessing becomes far less useful in any quick mission and also it becomes bugged if the host leaves as you will keep the 50x orbs picked up but the health will completely disappear at least it does so for me in eso every time.
It bears mentioning that Nekros is actually incredibly tanky with the Shield of Shadows augment, putting him right alongside Nezha as the best users of Arcane Blessing in my opinion. He also doesn’t really have any Arcanes he necessarily needs, outside of maybe Arcane Energize, so Arcane Blessing feels like an easy slot-in.
When it comes to energy on Nekros, equilibrium is a much better choice. The sheer amount of health orbs that he generates in addition the recent health orb buff makes it to where equilibrium just gives him near unlimited energy.
@@pauldickinson772 why not both? Equilibrium and Arcane Blessing do wonders to make Nekros ridiculously tænkt and let him last in really high end content easily in my experience
i used primary frostbite to archon hunt, since i cant kill that many enemies to fully max the merciless, and rad+cold being a good combo to archon, along with how multishoot is better on them, made it a little faster than before, but ofc, i use buzzlok instead of meta weapon, never had many luck with the meta weapons. But i sure find strange that adding another crit multipler AND multishoot dont do that much more damage as it is supposed, and you can use any cold damage to trigger it, some epitaph shoot and it is maxxed out.
I'm surprised you didn't make a note of Synth Fiber/Deconstruct with regards to Arcane Blessing. With that on your Panzer Vulpaphyla, you can give pretty much all enemies an additional 25% chance to drop an orb, making building your blessing health bonus reasonably fast on any frame. I've already been running Health Conversion on Gauss with the synth mods + Verglas since forever, do this seems like a good contender to replace Arcane Pulse for me. Not that I really need the health. But since you don't really need an ability to generate health orbs, this might be a great option for some squishier frames that have an otherwise not very useful separate EHP multiplier, like Ember with Immolation.
I find that Arcane Blessing is really nice on Baruuk (assuming you don't use his 1 all that much, which you could easily subsume away for other stuff), since he can get massive DR values. Normally this sort of thing would be where something like Pillage comes into play where you'd supercharge his Shields that also can have his DR, but this can be a way to go for a Shield-Gate set-up. Well of Life being used in place of Elude wouldn't even be that bad (though the same can also be said for the new Nourish). Could be a little wacky and I don't know how good it'd be, but a Health Baruuk could get some distance through Survival missions
Why there is no mention of the crit dmg part of the primary Frostbite and that it allow to be stacked with Hammershot or vital sense and in some weapons both? This mod is actually the equivalent of cascadia flare for primaries in term of dmg output and can be easily taken advantage by running epitaph. Also arcane rise can be triggered by reload of secondary weapons.
Something I'm disappointed you didn't mention regarding Primary Frostbite and Cascadia Overcharge is that they have niche uses with rivens. It's not uncommon for people to roll +Damage rivens alongside better stats like crit and status stats. And it's disappointing because +Damage has been significantly watered down by the Steel Path arcanes. With these new arcanes it opens up some room for +Damage rivens again. For example, I have quite a strong Tonkor riven with +dmg on it (we don't need to know its other stats). I opt for Fractalized Reset for its weapon arcane as it functions like a very strong firerate buff to the Tonkor. I could get a similar effect using Precision Strikes + SP dmg Arcane if I wanted to though. Finally it's also worth mentioning that the SP Arcanes all have kill conditions to maintain. Meaning it can sometimes be risky to rely on them for your +damage mod stat. Whereas many frames can generate cold or electric procs easily, naturally or with subsumes, or as part of status priming. All this mostly has to do with Rivens obviously, as the rule of thumb with Rivens is to ask: what mods/slots can this Riven replace by condensing them into one slot. Still worth mentioning though--I find ppl often don't want to talk about rivens because they're "niche" but imo they're really not as niche or difficult to generalize as people make them out to be.
Note on the elemental aracanes : this can be useful with warframe that can mass trigger such procs or weapons like the Ferrox's alt fire when built for status and fire rate. The arcanes are still subpar, but that could help them.
Conjuction Voltage on Hystrix Prime with Galvanized CO and with Gyre is quite good to melt whichever enemy with whichever vulnerability: Corpus? Switch to toxin quills. Grineer? Fire (if you don't have Primed Heated Charge for some reason) or Ice to deal with heavier units that have vulnerabilities to it (and to radiation). Don't have ability to deal electricity with Gyre for some reason or your primary weapon or whatever to refresh Conjuction Voltage? Electricity quills are right there. It's INCREDIBLY SPECIFIC, I know, but I find it discovering these synergies quite fun.
The fact that voruna has low armor, arcane blessing could be a work around for it since you can invest more into armor and then get your health from the blessing. You can also take advantage of voruna's stealth to make up the fact that at the start of the mission you'll be weaker than usual until you get the maximum health stacks.
so what you're saying is, my Kuva Kohm, with a status chance multishot riven, with Galvanized Hell, and innate Magnetic, to have Magnetic Corrosive Cold, would flourish with Primary Frostbite because STATUS GO BRRRRRT (for context this would carry it to ~450% multishot, so, thats... 54 pellets... MWHAHAHA MORE DAKKA)
I think you forgot that Dispensary is also in Helminth. Not only that, it is also part of some builds on squishy frames (e.g. loot Khora, Legerdemain Mirage), which makes using Arcane Blessing on them pretty tempting.
Basically Arcane Blessing is Molt Augmented but for Health instead of Strength. It gives a scaling bonus that gets stronger over time in endless scenarios. You don't NEED health-generating warframes, that merely helps in the short-term. Feel free to use it with Valkyr if you're the type of person that want to be invulnerable 24/7 with Hysteria and do slide attacks forever while dealing with constant energy drain, but instead want to use Valkyr as a tanky low-upkeep low-energy-usage weapons platform for melee. In this scenario, her already massive armour pairs well with Arcane Blessing, and can still provide tangible benefits alongside a full umbral mod set. However, as an example of a warframe you DON'T want to put Arcane Blessing on, Inaros, given how little it augments his effective health. My Inaros even produces loads of health orbs via Lycath's Hunt, and I still run Arcane Guardian + Arcane Grace even so, because the health orbs are just for Health Conversion to give him loads of armour to work with his big health. Oberon is tempting in an endless scenario, because Renewal grants him extra armour and he has constant health regen from Renewal. My build in particular also generates additional armour from Parasitic Armour in order to reliably use Hunter Adrenaline to upkeep his energy reserves, so having a higher health pool to make use of all that extra armour is certainly valuable. CHROMA is a good example of a use for Arcane Blessing in the endless scenario. Provided you can survive for long enough to kill 25 eximus units (a particularly difficult feat with Chroma, I know) it allows Chroma to swap over from using Heat Ward and instead use Cold Ward, which offers even more armour alongside Vex Armour, scaling his effective health even further while also reflecting weapons fire from enemies, potentially staggering them and also inflicting cold procs to slow them down.
I never considered using Arcane Blessing on Nezha because Energize + Molt Augmented is such a strong combo, but maybe it would be pretty funny to just have ludicrous amounts of extra health on already such a tanky target.
No, because most health tank frames REALLY want that arcane slot free for either Molt Reconstruct or Arcane Grace. The second arcane if you want to be even tankier should be either Guardian/ Tanker for extra armor or the second healing arcane, but these make only little difference. And speaking of Nidus, the funniest shenanigans come from his Parasitic link on allies so I go with Molt Augmented and Molt Vigor to go from 'haha' to 'HAHA'. If you ever reach situation where your health build needed additional 1200 HP to survive, you didn't have enough damage reduction or healing and probably also due to decisions similar to spending arcane slot on an over-glorified Vitality. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ No, but seriously now. To survive longer in SP with health based frames use ancient guardian specters. Free 90% damage reduction. Better than any amount of additional HP, healing or armor. Just like weapons with which you spread multipliers, damage reduction is the same. You benefit from armor, HP and healing rate, but only sprinkles of them. Stacking too much into either has diminishing returns. What makes these frames truly tanky is all the many different layers of damage reduction imaginable since they don't combine and usually block 90% that makes them extremely effective survivability tool. Going from 1000 HP to 10 000 HP with adaptation to 100 000 HP with 90% DMG reduction from Parasitic link to 1 000 000 HP with armor at 90% reduction to 10 000 000 HP with ancient guardian specter. The multipliers get more and more significant the more of them you have and healing rates are being multiplied by this as well. This is simply superior to anything else when it comes to tanking damage. Base health is basically worthless, because you want to outheal enemy damage output, not try to soak it up and then hopefully stop it in time before it finishes you off, that won't be a pretty picture once enemy damage scaling kicks in. Nidus can somewhat take it with his second life mechanic, but Inaros or Grendel don't have that luxury and I find it better to treat them equally. Also also I assume the health stacks disappear when you die like molt augmented stacks do, so that would make it even more useless. If you like it I'm sorry, but in my very important opinion you'll end up disappointed.
@@Laireso In general I agree, but that freed up spot on Nidus (other than Umbral builds obviously) can let you run a pretty good choice of additional mods, including additional Augment mods for example. There's a build I used for 9999 Kuva Survival few months ago that this would fit in extremely well.
I like Primary Frostbite and Conjunction Voltage on paper as they allow you to swap weapons more if you're using a companion to proc the required elements and promote usage of less popular elements, but! There's a lot of things missing to make these truly work: 1. Numbers: the damage boosts these give need to be at the same level as the Steel Path arcanes, not more not less. Right now they're strictly a weaker choice with the exception of primer weapons... 2. Companion survivability: ugh! Why is this still an issue?! Sentinels are the most consistent I've found in keeping these stacked up, but boy do they struggle to stay alive on any non-heavy CC Warframe. Just allowing us to use Linked mods with them and giving companions in general an Adaptation mod or something would go a long way v.v 3. Galvanized mods: we currently don't have any special variants that get their stacks from applying elemental damage to enemies like these new Arcanes do. As long as this isn't a thing, you're still better of just sticking to a single weapon most of the time. I'd love to keep something like the Tenet Plinx in the back, fully stacked and ready to go, and then whip it out against a big beefy target like an Acolyte and then go on with my day blasting things with my primary but yeah, that's not a thing yet >.< (Bonus: why do the Galvanized crit chance mods still lose all their stacks at once?! They're already the hardest mods of the bunch to get fully stacked and require you to aim to get the benefits, slowing you down in the process, so why?!)
Frostbite is for situations when stacks are tougher to keep up One blast of my kompressor and I've got full bonus Works really well on my perigale in disruption
The way I have my Supra Vandal set up (Riven included (+192.2% damage & +145.2% puncture)) has an implicit focus on crit through status. So Primary Frostbite is a welcome addition to the crit bonuses provided by Puncture and Cold. Metal Augur, Stormbringer, Infected Clip, Entropy Burst, Galvanized Aptitude, Primed Cryo Rounds, Galvanized Chamber, Supra Insiata, and Guided Ordinance in that order.
Wait, if the Primary Frostbite also procs off of Companion Weapons, couldn't it be viable in a set with the Artax? If I'm not entirely mistaken, that weapon forces cold procs on every hit, meaning you get a LOT of cold procs in a very short time, if you mod the weapon that way.
I use archon blessing as u say on my nekros farming build, works wonders and is even better in a group if u can get a wisp as ur health pool goes to well over 3k
Arcane blessing is good for frames w/ health generating abilities, but this is *very* good for farming with Nekros. Nekros' augment Despoil makes it so that his desecrate ability uses 10 health instead of energy, making it a must for farming. Putting Arcane Blessing on Nekros makes it so that Nekros Wil basically have a larger "energy" pool for desecrate. This is especially good for Steel path runs, as enemies can get to lvl200 (I think).
@@EllaKarhu that might just be you though... I have seen many people who have died A lot of times farming with nekros. And the argument that just use good weapons you most likely don't even have to farm anymore except for completion at that point.
@@EllaKarhu yes, specially with his 4th augment where the more health he has the more hits the shadows can take ( it scales with health of nekros and ability strength)
With the multishot arcanes, would they work out on weapons which really want to use gun CO for some reason? In that case you drop the multishot mod from the weapon and replace it with this.
Primary Frostbite has an interesting use case with Varuna. You can hit the lunge button to add multiple status effects at 5 stacks, meaning it's a relatively reliable emergency refresh button, plus mobility.
Some major things you missed: The panzer vulpaphyla ability with tech set can generate and absorb a lot of orbs on any frame. Also the Trinity and protea abilities are subsumable. Lots of builds are fine with dispensary but nobody want to waste ability and augment slot for some health orbs, well of life is safe to ignore if you have any other options. Also any one of these are way more likely to appear in public or premade squads, but I see how you can miss this if you are one of the primarily solo players.
In the case of the Cedo would Primary Frostbite be a good choice for dealing damage, because of the Cedo's innate condition overload and forced cold procs on secondary fire?
ye, since you already have innate CO, then GalvCO, which amounts to a crapload of additive dmg, having even more additive dmg is less effective compared to more CD and Multishot. Also, it stacks up super easily with the alt-fire. It's really just the better option.
I'd honestly be curious to see how much HP you can stack now. With the new arcane, triple umbrals, Wisp motes, etc, I wonder how much ehp (so armor and max hp) you'd need to just face tank 9999.
To add to the Arcane Blessing crowd, it puts in work with frames that have a high damage resistance but not necessarily a great natural health pool. You'll want some means to generate the orbs, of course, but Helminth means that is any frame you like. The main issue I can see is most of those frames aren't very meta, at the moment.
The beauty of the arcane blessing is that it replaces a vulpaphila for the equilibrium combo. It can add up to 1200 to your CURRENT hp, not your max hp. This means that you can pick up health orbs up to 50 times while at max health and when your health gets reduced for any reason you can pick up health orbs to the max of 50 stacks again. That is pretty huge. Very underrated arcane.
That's not how that works...but it's ok Equilibrium now allows health and energy orbs to be consumed at max hp or energy anyway (if missing the energy or hp, respectively).
Nekros can actually tank fairly decently with the Shadows of the Dead augment, deflecting up to 90% of incoming damage, including status procs and knockdowns, evenly to his shadows. I find he can stay alive easily, especially with Equilibrium, and is my go-to in several Steel Path and Archon Hunt missions, not just survival.
And this with 92.5% damage reduction (90% Adaptation + 75% Board) and most status immunity. This makes Yareli the best tank in the game. This Build also has infinite energy for easy shield gating with her 4th ability.
I actually really like arcane blessing I find it definitely helps, was totally worth grinding a full set. Arcane rise I must say is awesome when using acceltra which reloads all the time or Tigris
Enemies murdered while enveloped in panzer vulpaphyla viral spores count as companion assist kills for the purposes of synth deconstruct. This allows any warframe to reliably generate health orbs regardless of abilities so long as they kill the spored targets.
I use those and the arcane on most of my primary weapons. It's insanely easy to keep up and allows for massive damage increases via crits and lots of extra projectiles for even more damage.
I have been using your ESO build for Mirage and it works very well, apart from survivability. Since no mods are afforded for survivability, could arcane blessing work for me, or should I stick to grace ar guardian?
My dude, she still gonna get one-shot. 1.2k more hp ain't gonna do much on her in sp since her DR is virtually non-existent. Adaptation for her unfortunately aint enough. I recommend going with shield gating or some form of invincibility. As for invincibility that basically boils down to Vazarin Protective Dash and Rolling guard, as well as killing everything before it kills you. If you wanna be somewhat tanky and do dmg, I can't recommend Mirage in that case. She's made of glass. Take some tankier frame and subsume roar or nourish on it. Or you take some kind of armor strip and use rolling guard and protective dash to stay alive. Both methods work. Which one you wanna be going depends on how much effort you wanna put into staying alive.
It'd be nice to have a compilation video on Builds that Kengineer doesn't want to dedicate a full 30min to. Like, his go-to primers, his stat-sticks, straightforward Warframe stuff that doesn't require a long time to explain, etc.
Synth Deconstruct and Synth Fiber on a companion with something like Helstrum can help with stacking Arcane Blessing. Also Dispensary is a Helminth ability like Well of Life.
as someone who farmed voruna and enjoyed the LUA survival, i like the blessing arcane alot its fantastic as i literally have no other arcanes outside of the Lua, Nightwave and some Deimos ones i have 450 hours in this game i dont even know how to get galvanized mods steel path is the fun remover and honesty i would love to see these guides look at content more from the perspective of a newer player or one who simply does not have the time or money to invest 6 formas and 90k endo into builds

4:50 Doesn't the % bonus critical chance from your mods affect the flat 45% received from Arcane avenger, making it more efficient with more critical chance?
I use blessing on voruna and protea, since they both get heath orbs out the arse. Voruna, every time she kills something with melee when using her skills, and protea through her dispensary.
For arcane blessing you could run synth deconstruct (I also have duplex bond but I dont know if the clones trigger synth) on your companion I find myself with just way too many health orbs this way
DE needs to make all things that give stacks of something decay one by one instead of all at once, this mechanic makes so many things unusable, and the fact that there are some that dont and some that do makes it all more anoying.
can I ask your opinion on the fact we still don't have an option to remove equipped lens? I mean, we can replace them, but we can't remove them, and to those who say: build item again. My 8 forma investment to make the build I want possible is more valuable than a lens I equipped before knowing what was their purpose.
Something to note, sadly the residual arcanes for kitguns do not proc status effects, so you can't even use those if you wanted to try to make these arcanes work without modding in cold.
I put arcane blessing on Grendel on top of the umbral set. Not only is he massively Tanky from the armor I gave him, a full blessing stack gives him over 4K health. The only way I actually died when playing him was because I was paying attention to my health
I didn't care much for all four LUA arcanes, but arcane rise is surprisingly handy, especially when it comes to tonkor. I usually don't have room for serration but rise fixes the issue. Plus, due to the nature of tonkor being frequent reloader, uptime for the buff is basically permanent. The other three? Meh.
Personally I find arcane frost to be VERY good on Nataruk. It has a very high crit and status chance, and has punch through to keep it procd. Sure you can argue there are better arcanes, but the multi shot benefit, added with its punch through, really makes the weapon a monster in steel path
1. that would require you to actually mod for cold, giving up heat; 2. primary deadhead and galvanized scope works together better; 3. as mentioned in the video, the multishot bonus doesn't add a lot to the weapon because galvanized chamber exists; 4. Nataruk is already a monster.

Oberon is a VER Yexpensive date.
i agree he needs a sorta rework or a abillty shuffle as he's out dated and other frames out compete him.
Or alternatively you can use hunter adrenaline
Cheers
@@Czesin I think there's a lot of room for Oberon builds, just some more imagination.
?What about using archon shards to increase energy orb regen instead of arcane energize?
Frostbite actually works quite well on the Prisma Gorgon with the new augment, but it's a niche build created specifically FOR that augment
The moment I discovered the arcane Blessing as a Nekros main, I heard angelic trumpets from the bottom of my heart
Lmao, true. I farmed to buy a rank 5 at the start of release
Adaptation, Blessing, and Health Conversion on Nekros.
This arcane almost alone allowed me to run max power range and enough power strength with Empower to run Shield of Shadows at max DR.
Shieldgating and arcane pulse exist. Just saying
Same. Went for an ultimate Tankros build using Health Conversion, Shield of Shadows, and Arcane Blessing.
I found health orbs are drastically easier to get when you use the synth set stuff on your panzer, especially with equilibrium as well. I honestly think the arcane works fine on any frame with those things in place.
Thats the whole use for that set... or just run energize
@@captaingunt4208 Yeah but getting that entire set is easier than getting 21 energize arcanes lol.
yeah with panzer+synth you get plenty of orbs, sadly that wasnt mentioned

One of the things he missed
Lavos can also convert energy orbs into universal orbs which count for the arcane (or at least they did at launch), so he has a bit more use for it.
But one could argue that Lavos really wants the triple Umbra set bonus so it may not be worth using Blessing on top
There is 1 use case for Primary Frostbite: Cedo with an external primer. Cedo can get a lot of base damage from its passive and from Galvanized Aptitude, making the Steel Path arcanes much less effective. It also has decent enough crit stats to utilize the crit damage bonus.
also Mutalist Cernos, Daikyu and maybe Nataruk
@@alenny1740 nah, not Nataruk. It has Multiplicative scaling with G Aptitude, so base damage is extremely valuable.
"1 use case"? or plenty? lol

@@TheKengineershould've used protea's fourth ability to go back in time and grab all those
protea's dispensery is also subsumable. and im actually using it on other frames. but even then, its really only useful in these specific cases
Huh? You mean to reply to someone?
Its funny how Citrine came out and she just SCREAMS "give me acrane blessing" has to be the single best usecase for it in curret wf
Yup, her kit is pretty much perfect for this archane with high DR and a way and need to generate health orbs.
@@jk5512 you say this while the video that explains basic things like 'well of life drops health orbs.' Your take is bad, incorrect, and unhelpful.
Get that BS overrated arcane outta here. Who has a playstyle where they're constantly looking for walls to latch to every 30s foh. Garbage.
2:10 It is so unsatisfying to watch you fly past that sculpture and leave it.
I found this arcane blessing explanation every helpful, thank you !
This is important in the case of Arcane Blessing for multiple reasons:
-Synth Deconstruct applies to all enemies affected by viral quills, allowing any frame to reach max stacks after killing on average 200 enemies that were affected by the quills (less if you count the random orb drops on top of that too).
-Synth Fiber is relevant to the setup as it allows you to pick up those orbs without having to receive health damage. Though this mod can be run on any companion to the same effect.
With this arcane Synth Fiber is optional, you will pick up them until max stacks regardless of health unless you are using it with Equlibrium.
Merciless? Why not try Deadhead? It'd fit the buzlok wonderfully
New health arcane is good on nekros, as it frees up a mod slot from running vitality on a desecrate build
I usually play steel path up to an hour or so, and the extra health from arcane blessing is usually a nice buffer for any frame I play
Conjuction Voltage on Hystrix Prime with Galvanized CO and with Gyre is quite good to melt whichever enemy with whichever vulnerability:
Corpus?
I often use a Voruna build with Health Conversion (almost permanent uptime on 450-1350 armor) + Arcane Blessing + Equilibrium. It's very comfy.
so what you're saying is, my Kuva Kohm, with a status chance multishot riven, with Galvanized Hell, and innate Magnetic, to have Magnetic Corrosive Cold, would flourish with Primary Frostbite because STATUS GO BRRRRRT
(for context this would carry it to ~450% multishot, so, thats... 54 pellets... MWHAHAHA MORE DAKKA)
Omg I'm excited because I love these Arcanes!
Arcane Blessing is what I’m using on Chroma. My goal is to make the tankiest possible Chroma Build, so 1200 Health is nice.
Use equilibrium and remove energize
@@Zion-p8o nah, my build works fine as is until steel path corrosive spitters
The Arcane Blessing might actually be a great fit for some Nidus builds
No, but seriously now.
There's a lot of things missing to make these truly work:
Just allowing us to use Linked mods with them and giving companions in general an Adaptation mod or something would go a long way v.v
3. Galvanized mods: we currently don't have any special variants that get their stacks from applying elemental damage to enemies like these new Arcanes do. As long as this isn't a thing, you're still better of just sticking to a single weapon most of the time.
I'd love to keep something like the Tenet Plinx in the back, fully stacked and ready to go, and then whip it out against a big beefy target like an Acolyte and then go on with my day blasting things with my primary but yeah, that's not a thing yet >.<
(Bonus: why do the Galvanized crit chance mods still lose all their stacks at once?! They're already the hardest mods of the bunch to get fully stacked and require you to aim to get the benefits, slowing you down in the process, so why?!)
Frostbite is for situations when stacks are tougher to keep up
One blast of my kompressor and I've got full bonus
Works really well on my perigale in disruption
The way I have my Supra Vandal set up (Riven included (+192.2% damage & +145.2% puncture)) has an implicit focus on crit through status. So Primary Frostbite is a welcome addition to the crit bonuses provided by Puncture and Cold.
Metal Augur, Stormbringer, Infected Clip, Entropy Burst, Galvanized Aptitude, Primed Cryo Rounds, Galvanized Chamber, Supra Insiata, and Guided Ordinance in that order.
Primary frostbite work fantastic on Lenz since Lenz forces cold proc on initial pupple
Perhaps but the problem is that even at full strength the arcane is only worthwhile in the specific circumstances
Some major things you missed:
The panzer vulpaphyla ability with tech set can generate and absorb a lot of orbs on any frame.
You only get a forced cold proc 1/4th of the time though.
ye, since you already have innate CO, then GalvCO, which amounts to a crapload of additive dmg, having even more additive dmg is less effective compared to more CD and Multishot.
Also, it stacks up super easily with the alt-fire. It's really just the better option.
Dangit, kengineer. You got me.
You Really got me. Lol you earned this subscriber within 25 seconds!!
I'd honestly be curious to see how much HP you can stack now. With the new arcane, triple umbrals, Wisp motes, etc, I wonder how much ehp (so armor and max hp) you'd need to just face tank 9999.
Infinite with Yareli. She can stack Arcane Blessing without the x50 limit.
@@IndieDenma Yareli🤮
@@IndieDenma how and why?
2:10 As someone who collects ayatans religiously, i cannot state how much that few seconds of leaving an ayatan on the floor left me in shambles
Arcane Blessing is OP when used with Yareli! It stacks infinite while on your 2nd and using dispensary will grant you very fast, very much HP!
And this with 92.5% damage reduction (90% Adaptation + 75% Board) and most status immunity. This makes Yareli the best tank in the game. This Build also has infinite energy for easy shield gating with her 4th ability.
Isn't that only a simulacrum bug or am i mistaken?

Enemies murdered while enveloped in panzer vulpaphyla viral spores count as companion assist kills for the purposes of synth deconstruct. This allows any warframe to reliably generate health orbs regardless of abilities so long as they kill the spored targets.

frostbite works well with epitaph and verglas
Such rarity to have someone post quality over quantity on RUclips, especially on Warframe content, one of the very few that has 0 click bait.
Synth Deconstruct and Synth Fiber on a companion with something like Helstrum can help with stacking Arcane Blessing. Also Dispensary is a Helminth ability like Well of Life.

i dont even know how to get galvanized mods
steel path is the fun remover and honesty i would love to see these guides look at content more from the perspective of a newer player or one who simply does not have the time or money to invest 6 formas and 90k endo into builds
What platform are you on? I may be able to help out if you're on xbox or someone else here will help you out.
@@whosasking9655 ive got friends to play w/ so im not worried about that, its more that im frustrated by the lack of guides looking at these mods/arcanes/warframes w/ the eyes of a newer or less well equipped player
Yep, even if some of them are useless at least they're fun to play with
Not going to say in any way that what im doing is the proper approach but adding arcane blessing to my Garuda in combination with arcane molt has done alot for me, health is energy and energy allows me to gain health. all the while i grow stronger with every kill. this vampiric approach has been alot of fun.
I followed your guide for building the fulmin and have been searching for justification for primary frostbite. I guess it’s the multishot for the impact-slash procs. Correct?
I'm too busy looking for my dual MIGHTY SEERS to farm these
How did you get the formula calculation of diminished returns wit galv chamber? Same with secondary
U forgot lavos, combine with arcane ultimatum that can proc with swift bite for finisher, together they give 1200 armor and health, transmute gives universal orbs as well. Then u can go for millions of damage with range as a factor in build. It's godsend for him
I love blessing arcanes on khora for some extra breathing room and it maxes out super fast because she kills so damp fast!
4:50 Doesn't the % bonus critical chance from your mods affect the flat 45% received from Arcane avenger, making it more efficient with more critical chance?
Mods do not affect the bonus from Arcane Avenger, no.
Arcane avenger is an absolute additive bonus. It gives a flat +45% chance after all other bonuses.
I’ve been using arcane rise alongside Vectis Prime and Exergis. I really like it. You could also use it with Corinth (not the prime variant though).
Something to note, sadly the residual arcanes for kitguns do not proc status effects, so you can't even use those if you wanted to try to make these arcanes work without modding in cold.
Arcane Rise is my favorite. Mixed with a Kuva Tonkor makes nasty synergy
Why there's lv 180+ enemies if you're 1:30 minute into survival? They escalate to that lv after more than an hour and the damage would be massive.
How does Arcane Blessing interact with the Synth set? I’m guessing energy orbs don’t count as health orbs and don’t increase the max health?
I really wish that more arcanes besides the steelpath would add a bonus status at max
Meh.
arcabne blessing is dope on health tank nova with dispensary both speed and slow. made it chilled to finish all my sp miosisons
Arcane blessing is definitely a nice arcane. Use it with equilibrium and synth set for best turnout tbh more energy than energize
One could argue Khora as an Arcane Blessing user too, but Pillage does more than enough to keep her alive.
So I haven’t seen a consensus on this yet. Do Primary Merciless and/or Gun CO replace Serration or are they used in conjunction with Serration?
On strong/meta builds, usually it's a replace. Gun CO however isn't always additive which can shake things up.
@@TheKengineer Thanks man.
I'm curious if you think frostbite might be worth slotting now with the new cold status changes?
I'm still farming it out to test 😅
only if u have a source of base dmg
You know if arcane rise works with battery weapons reload too?
Personally I find arcane frost to be VERY good on Nataruk. It has a very high crit and status chance, and has punch through to keep it procd. Sure you can argue there are better arcanes, but the multi shot benefit, added with its punch through, really makes the weapon a monster in steel path
1. that would require you to actually mod for cold, giving up heat;
2. primary deadhead and galvanized scope works together better;
3. as mentioned in the video, the multishot bonus doesn't add a lot to the weapon because galvanized chamber exists;
4. Nataruk is already a monster.
@@jaywu4804 1:Cold is easy to build into, which I love to pair with Gas
2:I can use those mods with this arcane, as I could with others arcanes I've maxed. It's all preference really.
3: I prefer to it because like I said, I like gas on crit weapons, any multishot bonus is fine with me,
4:it's exactly for that reason, that I love playing around with it's mods. It's basically one of the top 5 weps on game, which lets it pair with any nifty mod assembly.
5: I've tried the build in the steel pass luas prey mission, and it went hard way into over an hour of play
arcane blessing with a panzer vulp+equilibrium setup maxes out really fast.
