Metal Health was my first listen to hard rock in the 80's... I still love the album and think that Kevin DuBrow had one of the coolest voices in rock! They sound killer live.... tight!

I met Quiet Riot and Kevin Dubrow back in September 3rd 4th and 5th 1983 at the Electric Cowboy Festival my best friend Teddy Mueller drummer for AXE Band introduced us! Kevin and I became good friends! and the rest of the band was always good to me to Great bunch of guys! I know a lot of people said Kevin was hard to get along with but he was always good to me and we always had a good time !He never liked come on feel the noise cuz it was a Krokus song but it made the band famous and it let Kevin write songs and he became a great songwriter and singer he will be missed! I think what I miss is being able to go to a public place, still shake my ass, bang my head, and enjoy the music like I did when I was in my 20's. The inside of me still wants to and still feels the noise, yet there is no where to vent myself as I have grown to old to go to bars. My rock-n-roll is what keeps my heart pumping, literally.
